The delivery took longer than advertised so I didn't get it in time for my travel. The attempted delivery occurred when I was away however Aaron from customer services sorted it all out efficiently and nicely. Full points to Aaron. I was disappointed when ordering that a collection point delivery wasn't offered this would have made the whole experience less stressful. I am also happy with the product now that I have it.

Daryl went out of his way to explain what I needed for the French authorities and also patiently went through all my questions and decisions. I was very pleased with the service. The translation was done quickly and I received the completed, certified documents by email and the hard copies through the post.
