I ordered a dehumidifier as needed it desperately, no confirmation was received. I phoned vax emailed but no response so I looked on the website for more help. Under the return and refund section it said if you have a change of brain… then I realised it was a joke site set up to scam people. They take your money and you don’t get the item :(

I stumbled across this website from google and am so pleased I did. The pool chemicals starter pack was exactly what we needed and much cheaper than more well known retailers including Amazon! I was also pleasantly surprised next day delivery was free! Items arrived by DHL! Highly recommend.

Wonderful quality products but we had to wait weeks and weeks for delivery. We ordered more than one item but they didn’t dispatch the in stock items until all items were in stock - very frustrating.
That aside I would order again, delivery drivers were excellent and kept us up to date. .

My rating is based on dunster house customer relations - or lack of it!
Firstly I was almost bullied into a delivery date as they wanted a 7 day turnaround and we were not ready to receive the order that quickly!
Then when the order was delivered the delivery men refused to help my husband carry the item up our drive, they just dumped it off at kerbside.
Very disappointing.

I have never had a good experience with Yodel but this is the worst yet
I am waiting for a parcel that they claim has been out for delivery for the last 3 days.
I tracked it everyday and was told I was delivery 88 of 91.
It gets close to 9pm at night and they send a message saying unable to deliver as we were unable to access your property!!!???
I waited in for 2 whole days as I was told a signature was required.
I went on to the app and there are no advisors available....
