Be careful when using their return…
Be careful when using their return process I returned golf clothing to the value of £260 and it didn’t get there I have proof sent by DPD but can do nothing I won’t use them again Myles was very unhelpful. I have been trying for months to sort this out

Hi Robert.
We are sorry to hear of the issues caused with DPD here.
It is stated on the website in our Return FAQ's that Scottsdale is not liable for any returns made back to us. The DPD returns service we offer is only a recommended service and is optional.
If you wish to send an item back with an insured service this would be at your own cost, as stated on the website.
Myles did raise an investigation in hopes DPD would be able to locate your return, unfortunately on this occasion this was not found. And again, we apologise on behalf of DPD for the loss of this.

I had an issue with the size sent but…
I had an issue with the size sent but resolved it eventually they changed them all for a different size I was promised an extra one for my trouble but they didn’t bother sending one. Nevertheless I ordered another few pairs because they are great for playing golf. They are very comfortable and I don’t sweat as much as they advertise.
