I collect Michael Kelly guitars, and have bought 3 guitars now. Merchant City Music always use DPD for delivery, and every one is perfectly packaged and delivered undamaged. Cannot fault them. Recommend 100%.

Great product at a great price, and used a reputable courier (not EVRI). Only reason for knocking a star off, is a constant barrage of emails. Agreeing to keep up with offers is one thing. Garantia ad blitz constantly is too much.

Liked, very solid outer packaging. Didn't like, Ordered 5 times now, 3 times, inner folder that holds the photos was severely creased, like it has been rammed at speed into the outer packaging. Only luck mean't the photos were not damaged. Needs to improve.

Pro. Always watch Neil Oliver. Michelle Dewberry, comedy voice, eye candy. Polly Middlehurst lovely voice, always looks gorgeous, Esther McVey and a special mention to the Buxton cleavage.
Cons. Yesterday was the worst for sound issues and continuity. Is anybody working at GB news watching ? it's amateur at best. Presenters and guests being muted and cut off mid sentence, going to news with Polly still organising her top, it's shoddy. Yesterdays backdrop was supposed to look like production staff working in the background but it was only on a 5 second loop, so one guys head suddenly dropped down onto the desk every 5 seconds. This carried on all day. If you are reading this Alex Phillips, you are now stealing a living, only occasionly turning up, and is only on air for 40mins just ranting about anti men issues since revealing she had been shafted. John Gaunt, guest on any show, only bought in to say black if someone says white, as obnoxious as O'Brien on LBC. The Bobble head, Lego head weather boys who are getting more airtime each week. Finally. As other reviewer stated, I think GB news have had a telling off. Getting more like Sky news each day. If G Joseph turns up, I'M OFF.

Ordered a picture stating it was printed on fine art paper, sandwiched inbetween two sheets of acrylic. What I received was picture printed onto one sheet of acrylic. No paper at all. Blatant miss advertising. Complained, and now they say they are picking it up to replace it with another.

Easy recipes that only need a few ingredients to make a great meal. recommend.
