Lovely good quality book for mums 90th birthday

My 90yr old mum who has paralysed legs from polio finds it so difficult to find comfortable socks that don't rub. Got her Foozie socks for Christmas and she absolutely loves them, so comfy that won't take them off so needed another pair 😂

I paid £40 to have my delivery between 7am - 11am as I needed to get to work. It didn't arrive in that time. I called customer service, the gentleman said he'd refund the £40 still waiting for that. I asked what happens if it comes once I have gone to work. He said call customer services to arrange a new delivery. I said it took 15mins to get past the automation and speak to him today. His reply was doesn't matter if it takes you 2hrs this is the only number. During the call he repeatedly spoke over me and didn't listen. The delivery came almost 1hr late however the drivers were lovely and apologised and I am happy with the fridge. Just a shame about customer services

Every step towards investment was clearly explained, what I needed with regards to my goals discussed and what I might expect. Most importantly they were diligent to ensure I could afford the investment without putting myself in financial difficulties which says a lot for their integrity.

I had heard so many negative reports around Evri. I can only say that our local courier Nigel is first class, parcels always delivered safely and timely with a pleasent attitude.

Yodel have never let me down. I track my parcel and know exactly when it will arrive. Drivers are always courteous and never need to be asked to lift my heavy parcels up the steps into my house. I'd use Yodel for every delivery if I could.

Yodel handles my pet food deliveries. Every delivery has come when they said it would. Yodel is one of the few companies whose drivers have followed the note in my door to knock loud and give me time to get downstairs as I am a nightshift worker and usually asleep when they arrive. Every driver has been smiling and happy and not once have I had to ask them to lift the parcel in the door they just do it.

Order arrived next day. Didn't fit so returned it and got new one within 3 days. Great service
