Everytime I call to clarify the process the clients relation team are always so helpful and patient with me. This is especially important if someone has learning difficulties, as there is a lot of technical jargon and when receiving medical letters including invoice.
A special shout out to Katie who took her time with me helping me find the correct letter to move my case along, which was approved in 24 hours by the underwriters which normally takes 5days!

Rhesha is so warm, friendly and reassuring when I have done her sessions. I have done one in person session and one virtual (i've purchased more virtual sessions) where we focused on hip opening and conditioning. I was completed uneducated before doing her sessions and throughout the sessions she explains why we are doing what we are doing. The warm up is a serious one so be prepared but this is such an investment as despite going to the gym weekly, my hips are weak (I also suffer from back pain) and need these sessions to improve my mobility. I cannot recommend her sessions enough! Thank you Rhesha x

Blu was very welcoming, and we wasted no time and utilised the full hour. The session was really insightful as I anticipated a soft, low-impact workout. However, it was a really good workout, which incorporated flexibility and body conditioning, which improved my ability to achieving the splits. I will definitely be booking again.

The magnesium is amazing and has rectified my sleeping pattern! I normally wake up 3-4 times in the night and now I can sleep 22:30-5:00 without disturbed sleep. You have to be consistent with the tablets to really feel the effects and benefits.
