I’ve had some absolute bargains from reviewclub. Most of the time you receive a discounted item, usually via a code, but occasionally they do cash back offers where they pay you a % back after you’ve purchased the item, they’ve always paid out. Absolutely no issues in the few years I’ve used them. Great site.

DPD are leaps and bounds better than any other delivery company in my area.

I’ve had loads of different things delivered from them, they always come when they say they will and the drivers are polite and friendly.

Spot on, 2 engineers arrived (bang on time), explained everything, did the (relatively complex) install and tidied everything up after themselves, made sure I was happy before leaving, great experience.

Contacted me to see if could come early, which they did. Two polite and professional lads, did the job quickly and with care. When finished explained that one of the wheel nuts was damaged and they replaced it. Professional service and (surprisingly) relatively good value for money considering at home fitting. Would recommend and use again.

Traded in a boxed PS4 and some Xbox games. The store didn't have cash so could only do a bank transfer (which was more convenient anyway). The cash was in my bank within a few days, it was the amount I was quoted in store which was also the same amount quoted online. The whole process was very simple and the prices they paid were better than elsewhere.

Item arrived in "as new" condition the next day, can't fault the service

Item looked of good quality on pictures on website. When arrived delivery drivers were very professional and placed item in required room. Quality was really good. Only thing I would say is it would be nice to not to have had to pay extra for the protective feet and wood varnish. Also, you need to keep packaging for returns in first 24 hours, so bare this in mind if you are short on space.

I ordered some flowers at quite short notice. After looking at some other sites I realised serenta flowers were very reasonably priced. They arrived when they should and were left with the person they were intended for. Would definitely use again if looking to send flowers.

I chose to purchase my bike through the bike2workscheme, but I was after a very specific bike, the Sunday Model C.

I couldn't find this bike at any local bike stores so I decided to buy it online. For those that haven't used a bike scheme there is a bit of faff involved, you have to apply for vouchers, sign forms, send vouchers off, all of which can take some time. However Discount Cycles Direct website makes it very easy to start the process, they have a simple form you fill in, they get back in touch with you very quickly quickly with a quote (required for the form), in fact throughout the entire process communication was excellent.

You pay a small deposit to reserve your bike, which is only fair as (I presume with the bike I chose) the bike would need to be ordered in, but this got refunded as promised as soon as my bike was processed for delivery.

The bike arrived quickly and was well packaged. All in all a happy customer and would definitely recommend them to others looking to buy a bike.
