But to say they're not for me
Would be an understatement !!
One thing is for sure they are strong , but to my nose extremely unsubtle and crude a hammer to the face ..Ooooo No !
It wouldn't do for everyone to like the same and i certainly don't care for any of these

First class service , excellent friendly delivery

Firstly , its a shame to be negative as i really like Perfume Parlour and their products .
On this occasion they were not able to supply my request and issued a refund to the "SHOP" payment gateway who in turn have not refunded me
As can be gleaned on Trustpilot , Shop is def not a trusted company , do not pay using this interface , no one exists to help you , if something goes wrong ...Good luck with trying to put it right , what a shame a good company is tarnished by association

Only half my order arrived , emailed 3 times to point this out , 3 times no reply .
There is no customer service Tel number for this company only email , which as stated gets you nowhere .
leaves you high and dry and defrauded out of your money , which reading other reviews does not seem to be uncommon , when will i learn to check Trust Pilot before dealing with anyone .

Terrible value for money , terrible communication , yes they pay a fortune for Football , but its all i watch and i refuse to pay for BBc , ITV etc etc which are available free ..Over £100 for multi room , charging for HD no 4k anyway on the mini boxes ..honestly the hardware isnt upo to date enough and the prices are a joke

I know Its the way of the world , but i dont ewant to have a conversation with a Whats App bot for hours , this used to be company with real people that actually had time to talk ...Not anymore .

Shocking service
Paid cash for a Model Y ex dem just a few miles on clock , already registrered, supposedly just needed a wash and a quick check over

5 weeks later it was still not available despite dozens of emails and calls , eventually I have it , what a disgrace , bumper and door obviously repainted by an absolute novice , they couldn’t care less , bring it back if ya don’t like it or book it in for a service and let’s have another go at the paint job .

I've been buying from PP for many years , long long before the current crop of clone brands landing by the boatload in their much more elaborate packaging .

Personally... i believe PP are still "The Best " the best value and by far "The Best Range "they have clones of many niche/discontinued fragrances the other clone houses would never consider copying "Italian Cypress /Bois Moraccain to name a couple ,
The new to market multitude of far eastern clone brands are increasing in prices as their bottles become more and more fancy , once again like the original fragrances houses they're selling packaging and marketing , the liquid inside the bottle is no better than PP and when the PP Extrait versions are purchased ...mostly a deal worse ...Stick with PP..Simply the best !!

Awful Awful company , worst i have ever dealt with ,
I've sent 4 proof of NCB ( this seems to be a common issue with many ) still they say they haven't received it ,
They have now cancelled my policy and taken a cancellation fee .
Zero courtesy , they may be cheap , but be warned pay a little more get a better service

I can confirm that I have now been contacted and my policy has not been cancelled ..Correct Result ..it took a while ..But we got there ..Thank you

A real find
Not the cheapest , it can’t be cos the quality is very good , but very nice clothes nicely designed .
And .communication and speed of shipping is second to none .
As they say ..I’ll be back
