2 engineers have recently been to sort out our heating problem Rob Hunt and Antonio C. Both are very knowledgeable about their profession, helpful and efficient. We have had experience of 1 engineer not being so but these 2 gentleman have been extremely good, given us good advice and made sure everything was working to its best. This is when we know that paying that monthly amount is worth it. The call centre is busy but generally the wait is acceptable to get through to them to book a call out.

The bed was very sturdy and easy to assemble. The delivery men put the bed in the room that I wanted it. Head board as ordered, made to the same fabric as the divan. All in all very happy with my purchase and very good service I would definitely use this company again. Very competitive prices.
