Good communication

I wrote a negative review on Trustpilot as I had been charged for a subscription I had never signed up to. As soon as I contacted myiq.com, I had very polite emails from their customer service who apologised and set up the refund immediately. This was refunded to my bank account within 4 days. They communicated with me at all times and I was very pleased with the way they dealt with my claim in a professional and courteous way
