I've used this company a couple of times. Good prices and reliable delivery.

AVOID. I am stupid and should have checked TrustPilot like I usually do. Avoid this company totally. I ordered 3 items that never arrived as promised. I emailed them and received a nice reply assuring delivery a few days later. Nothing arrived and they never replied to any emails. Fortunately I paid by credit card and my money was refunded. Again. Please avoid this company.

I've shopped at the Cheadle branch quite a number of times. I've also shopped on-line with them many times. I've always found the staff to be very helpful and I've had no problems with returns and refund/replacement.

I had two next day packages due to be delivered by DPD. One yesterday, Friday, went out for delivery then I was advised it was delayed but would still be delivered. At 10pm it was announced that delivery will now be Monday. The package due today has been sat in the local depot for 12 hours now & I've heard absolutely nothing. I won't use DPD again if possible.

I received an email on Thursday confirming Friday delivery. The UPS tracker showed that my parcel was out for delivery on Friday. It never turned up and UPS never contacted me. Saturday the tracker shows "on the way - delay" but not out for delivery. No idea when to expect delivery so sorting stuff out with work is a problem. Dreadful company.

I ordered a pair of merino wool long johns from here. It was the best price I could find online and the order was received quickly.

I bought three bottles of whisky at a good competitive price. They were delivered quickly and arrived in good condition as they were well packed.

Dear Royal Mail. I have a door bell. You press it and it makes a noise inside the house letting me know that there is someone at the door. Just tapping on the door and leaving isn't acceptable. You do this every time and expect me to go to your office to collect.

I bought some razor blades at a good price. No problem with the delivery. But I keep getting follow up "how did we do" emails. There is no link in the emails to stop them. I would use onbuy again but all their emails are marked as junk.

I only ordered a couple of low value items but my parcel was delivered quickly and very well wrapped.

I (stupidly) bought a very, very expensive Ovik cardigan. It is nice but a lot thinner than I thought it would be. It's made in China so no excuse for the disgustingly high price. I do feel ripped off.

I'm sorry but I think this a horrible whisky glass. It looks like it should be solid. It looks like a whisky glass inside a tumbler. The whole thing is just 6 grams heavier than a Glencairn glass. And the worst thing is the glass lip. The glass is designed to look like one glass inside another and the lip really does feel fat and sloping like two glasses are merging together. Nolan's heavy tumblers are great btw. They are proper good heavy beautiful glasses The 330cl a smidge too big for me a small guy but the 250 CL are amazing.

I ordered a pair of Merrell shoes in the small hours of Tuesday morning. They were delivered by Royal Mail on Thursday morning. A good price too.

I didn't realise that annual renewal was automatically set and received no notification that £95 was being taken -result overdrawn at the bank. Phoned customer service and said that I wanted a refund of £95 less an amount for 1 1/2 months Amazon monthly membership (£18 for 2 months). They took £47.50 off my refund.

This was, thankfully, sorted in a few minutes by an online chat by someone very helpful in India I guess. The people on the phone in London caused the problem. They said that there was absolutely nothing they could do. Didn't care and had a very bad attitude problem. Amazon really need to lose these two people quickly.

I ordered three bottles of whisky from Amathus at 23.00 on Wednesday and received an almost immediate email confirming my order. I received an email from the courier Thurday evening to say that my delivery would be Friday. Parcel received 10.20 on Friday. This is the second time I've bought from Amathus and will certainly do so again.

I've had a bose soundbar 700 for exactly 12 months now. So I think it's a good time to post a review. I've added rear speakers and a bass module. It's good, very good when it all works and connects with the essential bo0se sounds app. But it disconnects way too often from the app. Once or twice a month. It's a pain in the ar*e to have to relink the WiFi on the mobile phone to the soundbar yet again or unplug the damn soundbar. The sound is really good but I'd recommend another system.

I ordered some matching bedding online. M&S emailed to confirm the order. They sent an email 2 hours later saying that they have cancelled part of the order (out of stock). I replied to cancel the whole order as part matching bedding is not what I want. They obviously ignored my email and sent the unwanted stuff to me anyway.

I bought a pair of sliders from Tweeks (yes I know it's not the weather for them). Good price and arrived on time

Delivery was on time and within the advised two hour slot. Friendly delivery.

Promise the earth - Fail to deliver - Literally should be the motto of this dreadful company. Yet another no show. According to tracking my parcel was on its way to my local depot overnight for delivery today. At 11.07 this morning mysteriously it wasn't. Another wasted day's leave - thanks for nothing DPD again.
