Keeran is a wonderful host - every visit he manages to make every customer feel like a long time friend. The atmosphere is beautiful with stunning Malasian decor, mixing tradational with modern, and relaxing ambient, non-intrusive music. Each time I visit I feel like I am stepping out of the hectic world and into a wonderful oasis of escapism. The coffee and food are also delicious.

Great gym. Love the anytime access. No real info on an induction. Also very disappointed no electrolyte water or body analyser available in Hereford. Toilets can get a bit smelly too.

The night time was initially quieter than the daytime but now the fan sounds the same on all settings including laundry. The fan is intermittent even though humidity is reading at 61% and the water collector is empty. As an aside this was left with a neighbour without permission and my poor elderly neighbour had to lug a big heavy box to my door as nothing put through letter box while we were out!

The staff in the Hereford branch were all wonderful- I dealt with all 3 staff members. They helped me to choose the best flooring for my needs and ensured that I had all the extras needed for the best result. They also provided me with all the information I required to choose the best fitting service. Highly recommend Hereford carpet right.

The instore staff at Ledbury were amazing - nothing was too much trouble. The products, however, were of poor quality. The plastic dowels snap easily during assembly. I am not new to home assembly and in comparison to many other products the fittings were of poor quality. The surfaces of the unit were also below acceptable standard appearing to have paint marks on and numerous scratches as though used although box and fittings bags were sealed. Would not buy again but would definitely recommend Ledbury homebase for its amazing staff!

Hereford store used to test out beds. Staff were fantastic help both with buying process and entertaining my 2 year old! No rush or sales pressure. Sleep evaluation machine is fab.
Drops 1 star for month wait for mattress. Everything else gets 5 stars!

Item ordered was not in stock. Communication was very poor about this. Still waiting for an update on when I can expect to receive my order placed last week.

I re-arranged delivery of this parcel as soon as I was told when my parcel was to be delivered. The new date was confirmed by email. The next day I received a text to confirm my parcel had been delivered on the previous day ! I telephoned DX to explain I was on holiday and was told that the parcel had been left in my porch. I explained that the porch was in full view of a road and posed a security risk and so needed to be removed and re delivered on the agreed date. The 2 people I spoke to were rude and unhelpful. I can only hope that I have not been burgled when I return home - very stressed on holiday now - thanks DX!!!
