Ash re mapped my St Diesel yesterday. Ash text the day before to arrange a time and arrived on the dot. The re map was carried out without issue and the car now drives how it should. Brilliant service all round

Arrived 15 mins early for my appointment only to sit for over a hour whilst people who were late got seen straight away.
Couldn't wait any longer and left the shop after speaking to the staff who agreed I'd been there a long time.
Still unable to use my glasses that they have supplied and will no doubt be more out of pocket when I visit a different opticians for the job done right.

Poor choose in advertising will no doubt loose the company many valued customers.
