Excellent Customer Service!
They got in touch very quickly to resolve a delivery issue to a KW postcode.
We got it sorted and the items arrived in 3 days which is excellent.
Really well packaged and a very courteous delivery driver.
We haven't used the blaster yet as we are not quite ready with our project but I will update in future. So far it looks really neat and perfect for what we need. Excellent price and quality fittings. Will definitely look here for more equipment and blast media when needed. 5 stars 🌟

Only received part of my order from VitaPoint... Ordered 16/05/25 next day delivery...
Contacted customer service a week later and only got an automated response.
Found out from Amazon delivery tracking that my parcels were damaged in transit and will not be delivered. No help from Vitapoint customer service and it's been 3 weeks now... Its a shame as they have a lot of good products and I only purchased because of other good reviews...
Should have backed out when there was no PayPal option at checkout even though it's logo is on their website footer... I will be organising with my bank to retrieve my payment...
Update:
I sent at least 5 emails over the last 3 weeks. Only when I mentioned contacting Trading Standards, I finally got a response... Apparently they "do not have a policy in place to re-send items"
and will issue a refund for the missing items. This was only confirmed in their 3rd response email yesterday (11/06/25) after some back and forth to confim recieved/missing items including having to send them imagesof the items recieved... They did not issue the refund as soon as they heard about the issue as they said in their response below... Only after I had to chase them and provide all the information for the missing items on my order with the prices and product codes! Surely they could have found that information themselves their order records...
Ridiculous! I certainly will not be ordering again! Avoid!
2nd Update:
The refund has been credited to my account now so at least there is that...
If you do choose to order anything from this company, I'd only purchase one thing at a time... They clearly can't handle anything more than that!

Zero Stars... I ordered a garland & some lights on the 6th of Dec for a work Xmas do. 3-4 days delivery. It's been weeks & I still don't have the items. The work do has been & gone... No response via phone or email. Customer service is shocking. Will be contacting PayPal to organise a refund. Do not buy from this company.

Polite & helpful driver, package in very good condition considering it was large & heavy. (Had similar items arrive in terrible condition in the past -delivered by other companies) I will always choose Yodel from now on! Thank you!
