So far so great. We're paying off our new sofa via V12 and their communication has been clear and simple.

Well what a surprise. We loved every minute and every mouthful of our wonderful meal from Reishi Plant Kitchen. Three course of incredibly tasty, beautifully presented food that arrived well timed and with exemplary service. Great drinks too of course.

So many restaurants don't get their ambience quite right but Reishi have created a warm, cozy space full of natural rustic charm. Perfect lighting, bravo.

We booked through the fab 'Taste Worcester' scheme. We're planning on taking vegan friends there too now :D Our meal was on a Wednesday so it was quiet – we hope more local people treat themselves to offerings from this dedicated plant kitchen of delight.

Delighted to use Tapi - local supplier with loads of excellent carpets to choose from. Craig in the sales room was superb, he talked us through the options and helped pick the best underlay too. Carpet was fitted this morning – brilliant job, looks and feels fantastic. Huge difference. Cheers.

Each experience with Bradfords (Worcester) is excellent. Huge variety of products, all top quality and affordable (ie, not a rip off & better value than vs other, better known, trade stores). Perfect customer service too.

We've been using Travel FX for I think about 10 years now and they've always been reliable, accurate, clear and easy to work with. Very happy with the service and it's very reassuring to know we can always rely on them to supply foreign currency at relatively short notice.

Our 2nd Surya heater – we've a 700w and 150w and they're both great, and the instant warmth is great!

Big fan of Homebase – good quality stock and generally, in stock. Wanted some water butts for obvious reasons... B&Q website had nothing and Amazon price went up £20 overnight on one water butt. Homebase had a good variety and delivery was OK – they arrived a bit bashed up to be honest, but no damage and sp pleased we can save and use the rainwater now. 9/10.

Swoon bring joy to our home. We always spend a lot of time searching for designs, and quality, that we know we'll love and enjoy forever – Swoon have those products. We're delighted with everything we've bought from Swoon :D
