The product arrived promptly. It was good quality and as advertised. It cut nicely and looks good.

Quick easy to order .if like me not great at cutting things out ,you can get that done as well. Delivery is quick also

Worktops arrived when they were due to arrive, however it was 6:15 im the morning!
Reps carried them in and put them in my hall where I requested without any issues.

As I'm currently looking for Worktops & splashbacks for the new kitchen we're having installed in November. I'd seen this company on social media and found them to be extremely competitive but not only that...they were the only company providing a selection of three samples for the cost of £5...everywhere else I'd looked their samples were £5 per one sample...which soon adds up, if your unsure what you are looking for!
Anyways, I selected my three samples from House of Worktops and they arrived within two days, packed very well in a display box.
All I can say is their quality of product is excellent, the samples they sent were of the actual product and was a good size, enabling me to see the vision of my worktops for my new kitchen.
I've found House of Worktops to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable plus they provide a great service...and one of the things I particularly like is...there's been no pressure to purchase from them; I haven't been bombarded with emails & adverts since I purchased the samples pack.
I'd definitely recommend this company and because they are one of a very few that have the style of compact laminate worktop I want...I'll definitely be placing my order with them.

I hadn’t had any updates on my delivery and had somehow lost my original order number but Arun was very helpful and found my order for me and told me that it will be delivered on 07-09-2026

House of worktops answered the phone, I was able to talk to a person who gave me answers. I ordered on line and it came on the day they said it would

Ordered oak shelf and spent 3 weeks chasing for a delivery date. Was eventually given a tracking number that was wrong and had to further follow up and given another tracking number and still didn’t arrive. Had to then phone for a refund. I ordered from another online supplier and arrived within 3 days. Do not use this company for oak shelf orders.

Purchased solid oak worktops, the condition they arrived was not great but time was against us so lived with it, I wish I had returned the whole order. In under a year one piece has split the whole length where you can clearly see it was not glued correctly during the manufacturing process. The lifetime structural warranty is a sales gimmick, try claiming on it. They come up with every excuse possible, but fail to state all the excuses to wriggle out of it on their website. How many times was it oiled, was it oiled on all four sides, what fixings were used, is it near heat, water dishwasher, washing machine, the list goes on on. What do they expect, it’s a kitchen worktop!!!!!!! Certainly would not order from again or recommend in any way. AVOID do not waste your money.

I was looking for an oak worktop, and came across this company online. Checked out the website which was so easy to view.
Loved the ability to detail the optional extra’s on a technical sheet which allowed me to specify unique requirements.
Communications from the company were fantastic and the product was delivered as expected.
The worktop is fantastic and has made a real difference in the room.
Very impressed and would recommend to anyone.

I really wanted to like House of Worktops, but it was a disappointing experience. They need a relook at some elements and processes, and the products aren't up to standard.

They were relatively reasonably priced and like other people, I saw the great Trustpilot reviews. The process started off well, I put an order in for samples and was contacted pretty much straight away with a call to chat through my requirements. The woman here was lovely and I could ask all the questions I needed answering.

However, once I put the order through it was downhill from here. There were two options for what appeared to be the same product on their website - ultimately they were not. I attempted to clarify the difference over live chat, who didn't know, and then by email, where I was lead to believe that the two products (that I'd also sent over by screenshot for clarity) were the same.

I followed up this by putting this in the order notes just to be sure. And some days later, I received a call that the order notes hadn't gone through at manufacturing stage, but that the finishing team had picked it up and the wood finish I thought I was getting hadn't been applied. The woman on the phone from that team was incredibly difficult to talk to, and kept trying to argue that it was my fault over and over again. Now I didn't agree as from my perspective, the emails stated the products were the same, but didn't argue back or raise my voice at all even though the way she was speaking to me was upsetting. However regardless of fault, I really didn't need to deal with any unpleasantness or finger pointing and it wasn't productive at all. She didn't bring any resolution forward so I had to ask at this stage, what can be done to resolve this? To her credit, she said they would coat it with oil and that the fee would be waived this time, which was a satisfactory end to a horribly handled call.

The delivery time and tracking was great, BUT I received a dirty cling film wrapped piece of wood with zero other protection from the back of a van.

Of course on unwrapping I saw the extent of the damage, which wasn't just from the van.

There was a huge dent in one of the corners, so it was no longer square. There was a strange dark brown mark on the pale wood that wasn't the grain and stuck out horribly. The sides were really badly chipped all the way down, and the product didn't appear to be oiled after all that. These weren't minor issues, this was a majorly sub-par product that had been sent out. It didn't match the look or quality of the sample at all.

I couldn't use this product and frustratingly had to cancel the fitter. I contacted House of Worktops straight away and after a week they responded to me. A week later they had collected the product, and a further week after I had received a refund.

Overall this has been a complete waste of about a month of my time.

All I wanted was a small piece of wood that looked half decent, with properly finished square edges. I have now chosen a more local company for this - even though it costs slightly more - as it's not worth the stress.

Very good service from house of worktops. Easy to order, delivered very quickly. All good.
