I had Pacifca to look at my brand new…

I had Pacifca to look at my brand new Hisence washer Dryer I had delivered in April. I had never used the dryer untill we had many days of rain but the dryer did not dry my clothes. After reporting this issue an engineer was booked today a guy called Selby. What can I say very professional and knew his job. The issues was the motor had a seal wrapped around it from production. He replaced the parts and checked the machine.As I just come out hospital after having hip surgery and the weather is getting bad will need to use my dryer much more. I feel happy it was repaired by this guy what can I say very friendly and knew his job. Thank you Selby a credit to your company

Having purchased a washer Dryer on the…

Having purchased a washer Dryer on the 30th March this year for delivery for 3rd April to my new house I was moving to was a letdown.Currys delivered the guys delivered but not interested in showing how it works not a great service. I needed to do a few loads of washing after moving house only to find the machine had a fault. Currys came out looked at it and said it was faulty. I got a replacement few days later installed what I paid for plus delivery cost. Having just used the washer dryer just for washing from april untill yesterday oct that due to bad weather used the dryer only to find after 4 hours my clothes still wet what ever programme was use nothing. I phoned hisence 40 mins still no answer. Again today I phoned after 30 minutes I go through my operator was polite but asked for the machine model number even though I had logged my machine for its guarantee back in April giving every detail of cost model and price and received a guarantee back from hisence. But I still had to give this person all the details again and send via email my currys receipt. Having been on crutches with a bad hip and due into hospital Monday for an operation explained as bad weather is now expected plus I will be on crutches for a good few weeks my washer dryer will be more important to me. Having spent £450 for this machine plus another £55 for delivery and installation feel hisence is not customer friendly nor easy to contact. I was given a day for their engineer to visit but explained my operation was this Monday 20th and once out of hospital perhaps the following week might be better which a day was booked. I feel having a 2 year guarantee plus paying £5 per month for insurance it just seems a waste of money as my machine us used twice a week small amounts as its just for me one person. Having used another brand for years and used a washer dryer had no issues but buying this brand their customers service is bad. The reason for this they had my address details model and where I purchased this machine from and receipt number when I logged into their site to logg my machine for a guarantee and got back their email confirming my machine.i feel if this machine if its not just a small technical issue I will want my money paid back in full as so far I have lost confidence in their item. I also feel waiting 40 minutes for a service person and still no pick up is bad service. The second phone call another 30 minutes is just not exceptable.

Love my spare bedroom 40 in hisence freely tv. Very easy to set up love the picture quality my only thing was I wished I purchased the 50in but other than that fantastic. I wish someone could tell me how do I get Bluetooth they say its their but I just can't find it

Having purchased a screw less fitting…

Having purchased a screw less fitting venetian blind for my new kitchen finished off the room well. Easy to install took less than 5 minutes to fitt. Recommend this company. I only wish they would do more colours in larger windows but just stock 2 which are dark otherwise would had more purchases perhaps somthing they need to look at just my thoughts

Yes I purchased a good few items from…

Yes I purchased a good few items from this company and I do like them however my feeling is like all these companies selling their Scents they are all oil as apposed to the scent companies seem lighter and not oily. That's my only feeling these Scents are nice but not like water Scents. I think if the items where just like the brands which are light on the skin without the oily feel I would keep buying.

I felt Afinity water reacted to a leak…

I felt Afinity water reacted to a leak just had I moved house in April concerning my water meter outside.The repair did take 4 weeks but it was repaired.My only issue was once the repair was completed. A further 2 weeks after another company came and dug up the patch on the pavement which they said was a more permenent. To save cost why is that not done at the repair stage just saying. I gave a meter read 2 weeks after the repair and phoned it through but no ones come back regarding the leak allowence but I understand large companies do take time.

I feel it right to give my views on my recent house sale. Having used other estate agents got no where with people through the door in a difficult time. I changed to Miles & Barr and that all changed we got more people looking at our property. The end result was a sale within around 14 weeks.So thank you to all. My only feeling is when you ask as a service you expect them to take the clients around but most of the time it was left to me. The inital price on our home was given however within a few weeks I reduced it thinking it was a little be high. Again I was placed into a price cap from a price to a price. Which on reflection would now see a bigger price reduction by potential buyers and lost a whole lot more money. Thats my only gripe. But all that said they put people through the door and got it sold
