My Rituals parcel arrived in excellent condition and was delivered by a polite and professional courier on time.

Yodel is never as easy to use as other parcel courier companies as the receiver. App very clunky and updates take a long time meaning you can miss the opportunity to divert to a parcelhub if you fail to keep checking - I had better things to do… like life! But I spent too long having to check for updates before I could effect the desired changes for deliver.

Zack and Sean were excellent - my second visit in a few days because I needed bank card. Both visits were great. Thanks guys. Bonus for these guys please. Made things very easy and simple to upgrade broadband.

Used for site by site camping on a trail for over 50 miles. It formed Part of a full set of camping and hiking equipment on our trail and it was great it wasn’t bulky or heavy. The air sleeping pad was easy to inflate and provided a comfortable bed. Cold did not travel through the air pad. Very happy with purchase.

Product - excellent. Choice of products great. Price great and delivery very speedy.

Disappointed - stayed in for two hours waiting because the options to deliver another day, or leave with neighbours or leave in safe place were not available according to delivery updates. However when the delivery guy turned up he passed my door didn’t knock even though window was wide open (someone is in!) and was heading for my safe place location - not heading anywhere else because it leads nowhere else. He also didn’t hang around to discuss photo taken and whoosh!

Courier was careless with parcel and contents of box emptied out onto the floor. Driver blew off the dirt (from my new pillow) and handed me the empty box and then the contents!

Quite limited stock for what I was looking for but great products. V happy with purchases.

Great product but no updates re delays for shipping. I had to make direct contact and when I enquired about the item I ordered several weeks ago and it was already overdue on its original arrival date, I was asked do I want to order again if the item had got lost in their warehouse!!! Clearly either lost or out of stock and I hadn’t been informed.

Lovely products. Only gripe I have is they use UPS - you receive an UPS message and it tells you the delivery date has been changed and then you are told it will be delivered on a date so you are unable to change date to suit. This has happened three times and one time the item was left in the porch shelter struts for all to see!
