I phoned for a refund which they said they would sort but it never happened. 2 weeks later and loads of phone calls and still no refund

Very miss leading company they say you got £500 credit limit on your lookagain account and the say you got £500 on your gratten account then you place orders and then they declined them shut both your accounts down and wen your ask why they can’t answer why so for this I’ve left very bad feedback about this company please stay away from them.

The jacket was depicted as having a silver zip. It arrived with a bright gold zip which looked awful, I returned the jacket and am awaiting a refund

An absolute shambles of a company and customer service advisors are rude and unhelpful. Began a conversation without going through ‘security’ with me in order to validate myself.. so that’s a potential breach of data & GDPR.( They stated they knew who I was when I called mind) I could have been anyone and there they were about to disclose whatever to me! Then refused to give me their names for my notoriety.. paid my balance in full but payment is not reflecting on my account.. 3 days mind! A £500+ payment is not to be dismissed. Received a confirmation email thanking me for my payment on the day but for some reason these advisors couldn’t be bothered to track it.. or help solve it! AVOID AT ALL COSTS..I think it’s time to escalate this matter to the FOS

I don’t get alot if items if you do t order for a while they send you discount codes , so then put an order in to get the money off but there is always small print that they don’t make clear and the discount is not given , annoying

Frustrating that my main part of the Order placed ended up being out of stock (Clinique promotional Gift Set).
I then contacted Lookagain via online chat and was told that the above complaint would be forwarded to two other people (from what I understood). the chat seemed to just end abruptly. To be fair, at least I didn't have to pay postage on the other item safely received (on the same order). Still disappointing to advertise sold old items though!

Website doesn't load/work properly and the links to certain pages fail to load whether i'm using a laptop, mobile or ipad. Tried several times to try contact their support page but it doesn't load either. I have googled certain items and tried to click links from google directly but they also do not work.
