I found it very easy to locate a cottage for the dates and location I wanted. The search functionality was excellent, allowing me to filter by the facilities I needed, such as parking, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. It was also great to have a good range of payment options that suited my needs. Overall, the booking process was straightforward and convenient.

Despatch was way too slow. It should not take weeks in 2025.

After selling me an excellent guitar, I needed a case in a hurry. Gear4Music were able to advise me really quickly and dispatch for next day delivery. This was exactly what I needed.

Can usually find what I’m looking for at a reasonable price. The minimum £20 order is sometimes a barrier and doesn’t seem to make much sense as items are still posted individually. It would be even better with a loyalty scheme.

Moonpig is very convenient and usually has some good designs. However it’s getting expensive and the cost of delivery is more than the true cost of postage.

Lots of easy to find cottages in the places we wanted them, at the times we wanted them and reasonably priced.

The cost you see when choosing cottage is not the final cost you pay. It isn't clear that there's insurence to be added on. The £60 deposite is also misleading as you have to pay more.

Upgraded my package and received fantastic service.

Was disappointed to see that the £40 booking charge wasn’t highlighted clearly before booking.

The cottage specifically asks for some extra information and there was nowhere to enter it during the booking process.
