I have been using Ashcroft Pharmacy for a few months, and I am impressed by their customer service and support.

No constant emails pushing you to buy, and no subscription. You can also pay with Klarna, which is a very useful option.

I have purchased 3 custom fit dresses from JJ's House. Two of them fitted fine but the 3rd was made 2 inches too small, yet they would not admit they had made a mistake. However, they gave me a voucher for the full amount to purchase a replacement but I had to pay the postage!!. The replacement dress has just arrived. The back gaps open and the cups are way to small and do not cover the necessary area as the bodice is see-through. I'm very disappointed. I have spent over £600 with them and whilst the quality of the dresses are good they arrive jammed into a small box and very creased. There seems to be a lack of care taken and I would urge caution when buying a custom fit.

I used the relevant channels on their website for the first order, which they refused to take responsibility for. After much determination on my part, they offered a voucher, but did not cover the postage. I have no confidence that they will deal with the fit issues on the replacement dress any differently.

Easy to order and quick delivery. The leggings are so comfortable,fit well and look smart. I will be buying more.

As a buyer on Vinted I have had many good experiences with genuine sellers this is despite Vinted, not because of it. When trying to get a refund for faulty goods VINTED is terrible. They are biased towards the seller and even with the automatically deducted buyer protection fee, there is no protection. Customer services take hours and days to respond to refunds that never materialise, and the AI bot is useless

The 'Try at Home' service provided by JJ House is excellent. Having the opportunity to try different styles and colours is very enjoyable and ensures that the dress selected is indeed very special.

I ordered a nebuliser and received a pair of socks with no delivery note to identify sender. Nebuliser did not turn up so I raised it Ortoflex via email, they sent royal mail picture of delivered flat package (now I knew who sent socks). 14 emails later they are just giving me the run around and will not send me the nebuliser which I paid £34 for. I would stay well clear of this Company who clearly are unwilling to accept the evidence they have a problem at their dispatch. So no resolution just a pair of socks which I don’t want and £34 down the drain. Update - after many emails the Company finally agreed to send me the item I ordered which I have now received. Buy with caution.
