Review of Jet2holidays
Everything OK with flights but no gluten free meals on both legs of holiday although booked and paid for in advance
Everything went fine with flights except no gluten free
meals for my wife on both outward and return flights from Bristol to Malta, although we had requested them and paid for them in advance when booking the Jet2 holiday.
Addendum: if Jet2 can influence the Bristol Airport Management in a positive way we would be grateful. Their organization is hopeless, such long walks inside and no clear directions outside to the pick up point, having to walk through a multi-story car park on route. The airport treat people like sheep.

Review of Toolstation
Excellent and pleasant service at good prices.
Always had had excellent and pleasant staff service from Toolstation, Even on the occasion when I inadvertently left one item of purchase on the Toolstation counter (my fault completely). I telephoned on arrival home after discovering my foolish mistake and without hesitation Toolstation staff arranged for the item to be delivered free of charge.

Insuance cover solved
Solved our problem of getting two-weeks insurance cover for our 11-year old granddaughter, who is joining us on a visit to France during the school holidays, in a straightforward manner.
Review of metals4U
Metal4u products are excellent; choosing Tuffnells for delivery not good.
Choosing Tuffnells for the delivery sevice is not one of you best decisions. I know, the UK as a whole knows, in advance, that deliveries approaching Christmas are more difficult; in no way shouild that be excuse for Tuffnells to send an e-mail to the client at 6.59am on one morning (Dec 16) stating that the consigment was already at Bristol and that local delivery will be made the following day (Dec 17th), then sending a second e-mail at 17.45 on that supposed delivery day (Dec 17th) that delivery had "failed "(no further explanation) and that delivery would be made next day (Dec 18th). Thus one complete day wasted by client waiting in vain.
Only when client took the trouble to contact Tuffnells at Bristol directly by telephone, after 1400h on Dec 18th did they behave responsibly and deliver within the following hour.
No apology for the incovenence and waste of valuable time for the client as yet received.
Metals4reputation, for which you should be proud, has to be attenuated
by clients if also the delivery service is not up to reasonable standard.
