Internet connectivity is all the same when its working, its when its not working that you would pay extra to get it fixed rather than explain to some poor call centre worker that yes, you have turned it off and back on again. I've been with them for years now and any time there's a problem I've had a friendly, competent and empowered person helping fix it.

I wish i could rate less than 1 star. Paying so much for a set of earbuds should include some customer service - I wish I'd seen the reviews before ordering. I've been sent a stress ball instead of my earbuds, and instead of sending me what I ordered, I'm having to take pictures and wait for "an investigation at the warehouse" like Ive done something wrong. Take my (and a lot of others) advice and avoid them: it would be much easier and less stressful to just take £200, flush it down the toilet, and then go and argue with one of your pets - you'll get more reasonable treatment from them.

Renewal came up and they were more expensive than others, I thought it would be easier to just stay with them. Spent about 2 weeks trying to do this via email, and eventually they just charged me anyway, a day before the actual renewal date. Communications are done in a special way as well - email to say you have an "email" in your customer portal. Log in to the portal, find the message. It has a pdf, open the pdf. The pdf says "please contact us".

I've had diseases that were more enjoyable than dealing with this lot.

I had called UK juicers ages ago and they were very helpful with recommending the right juicer for our needs, but moved house shortly after this, so forgot about it. A friend just got a juicer and it reminded me, so i went straight back to UKJ (they seem to be one of the cheapest suppliers as well). It was delivered very quickly and it does exactly what it says on the tin! There are a lot of places selling these, but UKJ seems a lot more friendly and professional - highly recommended!
