I ordered the mystery box and was quite excited at the prospect of receiving £80 worth of lingerie. It’s not cheap but I can live with paying for a good quality product. However, I did not factor in that I do not wear Brazilian V knickers or thongs. I was more interested in the bras. Therefore I was a little disappointed my mystery box mostly contained lacy thongs/Brazilian knickers which I will not be wearing. 4 in total and 1 mesh knickers which hung off me.

The quality of the bras are impressive but the fit does not quite work for me. I wonder if I ordered the right size but according to the chart I am a medium being a 36DD. Unfortunately I looked like I had 4 breasts!

On the plus side I found customer services really helpful and responsive but I could not return the whole box because I kept 2 of the items a bag and black lemonade socks. I could only exchange like for like size wise and no point in exchanging knickers that would just hang off me. I would not recommend the mystery box unless your a perfect size 12 top and bottom. Also if your big breasted but small bottom half I’d think twice about ordering a set. I think the bras probably work better on women with smaller chest sizes as there’s no lift and very little support.

I love the marketing and ethos of Lemonade. I hope they go on to be huge and open a store but I do hope they will reconsider giving women the option of choosing which underwear they would prefer if they continue the mystery box.

Oh wait I’ve just noticed another customer tried her bra on and received a refund after returning the item which was a privilege I was not afforded. Not sure why?

Everything you need in one spot which makes Dobbies a gem of a store. The selection of plants is impressive. The only downside is it’s a tad expensive but so is the cost of living right now.

Excellent communication from beginning to end and my Dream Cloud arrived on time and well packaged. I am pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the mattress is and I’ve had the best sleep since it’s arrival. I have spent a lot of money on other well known brands only to be disappointed, the dreamcloud mattress so far is worth every penny and I would not hesitate to buy another mattress for my spare bedroom when decorating is finished.

I cannot fault AC&MS Ltd or thank them enough for completing an asbestos inspection report. The response time was really impressive and the actual inspection report professionally produced and very user friendly. We will be using the company to remove asbestos in our new house we are that impressed. I could not recommend AC&MC Ltd highly enough.
