We were recommended Samsian by word of mouth and were very impressed when Danny contacted us promptly to provide a quote etc. The whole boiler replacement process was dealt with in a professional & friendly manner, dealing with queries, giving options and organising a good asbestos removal team for us. Time keeping was impeccable and the process explained with good communication throughout. Very tidy working & it was such a relief to be in the hands of a trustworthy, capable team .

I find Purdy & Figg cleaning products great to use. They don't make me cough with chemicals for a start! And cleaning is, indeed, a pleasure. This is my 'treat' as not cheap but worth every penny.

We are very pleased with the outside cushions that we chose. Bought two different types that can mix & match if we wish. Good quality, speedy delivery.

My delivery was a surprise just before Christmas from my husband (via my daughter!). I have used Bloom & Wild many times and the recipients have always had positive comments to make.
As a recipient on this occasion, I have also got only positive things to say. My flowers came on the day requested (even with Christmas) and were beautifully packaged as usual. I still have a number of the flowers in full bloom & looking good nearly 4 weeks later!

We were recommended Marks Electrical by a friend and was amazed they delivered down here in Kent. I ordered our oven over the phone and it was an easy experience with a wonderfully experienced, polite and helpful member of staff. The appointment was booked and a two hour confirmation time was made via text the evening before. The delivery staff called to say they were 10 minutes away and arrived on time and on a Sunday (our choice). Quick, efficient, polite.
We have yet to have the cooker installed (again, our choice to do it independently) so cannot comment on the cooker itself as yet.

I love the reassurance of a pint of milk being on the doorstep three times a week. It's an eco friendly way of using milk and there are other things that are available to order, such as Garden Compost and, as I am a non-driver, I have used this many times! Although I never see our Milkman, we have reliable deliveries. I would be lost without our milk being delivered.

The product we bought came well packaged and very promptly. My Son in Law had chosen this gift himself anyway and was very pleased with it. He hadn't tried it out at the time of writing this.

I needed a new grill pan as my trusty one had finally got to the stage it just wouldn't clean up properly. So, Lakeland was my go-to place and didn't disappoint. The new pan is not as 'solid' as the old one, it was VERY old, but is a great replacement. Fits well and nice to have a handle again (ours broke years ago). Would certainly recommend both product and Lakeland service.

As always, great service and product. Sent a Gingerbread birthday biscuit and it arrived on time and the recipient was very pleased with her surprise.

We tried this company as we were given a voucher as a gift. We have since carried on with ordering a dish once a month as it comes complete and has totally recyclable packaging, including some ingenious cool packs! Tasty dishes with plenty for a double serving.

Ordered our 3 samples from this company and they came promptly and well packaged. Obviously difficult to see the samples as a whole carpet but it does give an indication of what you might choose.
