Delivered to the door efficiently and in very good time by Muhammad. Very happy to have such a good and reliable delivery driver.
Before Muhammad started doing this route I have had problems with deliveries from DPD. But no problems since he took the route on 🙂

Muhammad the delivery driver is an absolute star. He is reliable, always on time and very good.
I have had a lot of bad experiences with DPD for years. I believe this is down to their business model, trying to increase profits by making things more difficult for drivers and customers. When there's a problem you can't contact them.
But since Muhammad has started doing the deliveries in my area he has delivered them every time no problem.

I called Printerbase for info on delivery of a home printer. I spoke to Ryan Saqladi who was very helpful and knowledgeable.
The printer arrived the next day! It has been working well and I'm very happy with the service and price I got at Printerbase.

I bought several pairs of yoga socks online. Buds fitness were very friendly and helpful. They communicated well with me and sent my order out to me fast and in good time.
The yoga socks are good quality. They fit well and the non slip pads grip nicely.

Very nice coffee beans at a reasonable price and really easy to adjust the subscription or order early if you run out. Difficult worth five stars for all of that.
But wonky coffee loses one star for the ultra needy, constantly badgering emails that send about 6 or 20 when one of occasionally one or two will do. Name change? New product? Company news? Why just inform us when they can send us increasingly urgent emails pretending to have something new in when it's just a rehash of the previous 10 emails, and you already read it in the first one about 3 months before.
It's a good company with a good working model and it works really well, let down only by its communications. Maybe it appeals to other people but a company selling coffee beans trying to use its consumer base as a therapy session doesn't appeal to me. I just want the coffee beans. Thankfully they are very good at that so I buy the coffee and try not to open the emails.

(So many delivery drivers are starting to leave packages outside the door where anyone can take them instead of delivering it properly. I'm very pleased this didn't happen today. Delivery companies need to give their drivers enough time to do their jobs properly and professionally so they don't feel under so much pressure that they need to rush off to the next job before the customer has had a chance to open the door. If they're out, that parcel will be there all day if someone doesn't steal it, possibly getting rained on. All delivery drivers should join a union and organise together for better conditions at work.)

Good price, quick shipping, much easier and cheaper than buying from the supermarket where what I need is always out of stock

The delivery driver was really helpful. There have been problems getting access to the block of flats so it was really good to have his number in advance to warn him and say call me if there's a problem. Saves so much time and missed deliveries. But he got in fine and was great. Thank you to our delivery driver 😁

Delicious, really well made fresh pasta, with fantastic sauces. Also little additions like almond flakes or pieces of toasted hazelnut which add taste and texture and make the food special. You can tell it is made with love.
Really easy to make in minutes. Delivery plans are easy to use. Restaurant quality food at home, highly recommended.

ordered lime oil on a wed, it came thru the post on Sat. A query after it arrived (about whether it was food grade or not, cos of packaging aimed at aromatherapists) was dealt with quickly & efficiently. Would definitely use again :)
