My e-card didn't arrive to my wife. It was the correct email address and she checked her inbox and junk but no card.

We live in France but the cost of eMTB in France is higher than in the UK. We rang our previous local The Bicycle Chain shop in Hereford and asked if they could help us choose the right bikes for us and if they could do us a deal.
In short, the team in the Hereford branch and especially Luke and Jon were excellent. They were patient with our questions and when it came to purchasing, looked after us. Nothing was too much effort and the coffee while we sorted the paperwork was a nice touch.
We have now purchased 8 bikes from Luke and the team and even though we live in France, will continue to go to Hereford for any bike advice and potential purchases.

Excellent experience. I was looking to buy an expensive piece of jewellery from CW Sellors (who were also first class with a great selection of items and first class customer service team) and the whole process was easy to follow, efficient, informative and with a quick decision and easy access to documents.
I would definitely recommend and will most probably use again.

Great selection of products, speedy delivery but excellent returns process. I ordered a Levi's jacket which was too big so decided to return for an exchange for a smaller size.
The process was effortless and free and within 5 days, the original jacket was received and the new smaller jacket posted out for delivery.

Typically, our experience with LeShuttle is good but our recent travel was delayed (if though we arrived in good time) and the delays were an hour + with no explanation.

I bought myself and my wife wetsuits, gloves and boots for when using our paddleboard and kayak. The gloves and boots are perfect, but the wetsuits weren't suitable so sent them back for a refund.
The selection online is excellent, and we will reorder our wetsuits for a different design.
The ordering, payment and delivery process is first class without any issues or hassle and now that we have tried the refund process, that is also very easy end efficient with our full refund reaching our bank within 2 weeks.
I definitely recommend WO and will use them again for certain. Great company, website and customer service.

Would definitely recommend. I ordered a paddleboard and a couple of life jackets, and everything arrived in quick time and in perfect condition.
The paddleboard is excellent and one of the life jackets is perfect however, the 2nd life jacket was a little too small and had to be sent back for an exchange. Postage wasn't free (France to Netherlands which was disappointing as we had just spent over 1000 euros and intend to buy another paddleboad) but the exchange process was easy and stress free and the new larger life jacket has now arrived.
The items are all very well made and look and feel great. We are happy with choosing Jobe and will continue to buy their products as they are excellent quality.

We needed to purchase some accessories for our paddleboard and found Wetsuit Outlet FR online. The choice of brands, products and price was excellent and we soon found what we needed so made the order and purchased.
The communication was great updating us when the delivery would arrive and the whole process of purchasing was easy and secure.
We are now going to purchase a 2nd paddleboard from them soon.

Myself and my wife are building a chalet in France and after doing our research, had decided on installing a Stovax Studio Air 1 Woodburner. To buy in France was expensive so found WCF online (based in Hants, UK) and gave them a call to discuss about purchasing from them. Straight from the start, the advice and willingness to help us with logistics and keep the woodburner in their warehouse until we return to the UK to collect our belongings was excellent. The price of the woodburner was also the best we could find by quite a significant amount so really happy.
We've had a few delays with our build and the predicted time to have the woodburner installed but WCF have been very patient, with no pressure to hurry up.
I've read some poor reviews for WCF on this site, but I can honestly say that Dannii (and the team) have been brilliant, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great price and service.

This is the second time I have bought tyres from this company and both times, I had a long delay receiving my order. The 2nd time took approx 1 month even though the website said the tyres were in stock. In fact the 2nd order was cancelled without telling me and when I asked where my tyres were, they informed me they had cancelled the order by mistake and would resend them but it may take time. I asked for a 10% discount after being messed about and they said no.
I will never buy from this website again and cannot recommend them as their service is terrible.

Awful experience and cannot recommend this company in any way, shape or form. Utterly dreadful.
I took out car insurance in June 2022. I needed to check my details and when I attempted to log in, my details weren't recognised. I rang the telephone line and I was told Ladybird were being bought out and details were being migrated to another company.
A month later, I attempted again and the same result.
I chose European cover on my policy and when I drove to France and someone bumped into our car, when I rang Ladybird, they informed me I wasn't covered as I hadn't rang them before leaving the UK and hadn't listed locations within France that I would be visiting. Note - It does not state in my policy terms that I need to ring Ladybird before travelling to the UK.
After this, I had enough and attempted to cancel my policy and go with a proper/ reputable insurance provider. When I emailed them to cancel, they told me to log in to my access my details. I did and after 7 months , I still couldn't access my details as they were still being migrated to another company.
Finally, when I cancelled my policy by phone 5 months earlier than the policy expiry date, I was told I was not liable for a refund.
They are the most comical and ridiculous outfit I have ever come across and sadly have to award them 1 star as I don't have the option to award them 0 or minus stars.

Easy to access the policy. The price was good and the basic benefits that came with the policy were excellent. The European cover is very good with a 180 day one trip cover. Much better than my previous insurance provider who needed to know when, where and specific cities I was visiting while in France.

We recently changed our car and purchased a 1 year old VW Passat estate. Rather than pay the ridiculous price for VW rubber mats from the VW dealership, we decided to purchase a set of 4 rubber mats (front and back) from yourcarparts.co.uk.
These are well made, fit true to the vehicle as they are specific to the actual model and year of the car and literally a 3rd of the price. We use our car for day to day living and getting dirty with dogs, hill walking and mountain biking etc so decided rubber mats were a sensible option as they are durable, easy to shake loose mud and stones off and clean with a hosepipe and brush.
Would definitely recommend.

I needed a new handle bar stem for my Trek Domane SL6 road bike after getting properly fitted for my bike (the original stem was 100mm and 10mm to long for me so needed a 90mm). I searched the internet and Sigma Sports was the cheapest with free delivery. It arrived within a few days without issue.
Would recommend Sigma against any other online retailer as they are well priced and the free delivery in this case is nice.

Great service. I saw a video on YouTube and decided to order the Denali auxiliary lights and accessories from A Bike Thing. The order was easy to place and arrived a few days later well packaged.
