Returns for refund is poorly worded
Returns for refund is poorly worded, wipe the bottom of the shoes before returning. Also eu consumer protection is non existent. Sportfits.de simply ignored their calls/emails. Avoid.

Our return conditions, return costs and statutory right of withdrawal are published transparently on our website. Customers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, and our voluntary return policy extends the return period to 30 days. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, and we also offer a DHL return label at our contract rate.
Returned items should be sent back in a condition that allows them to be inspected and processed accordingly. This does not affect the customer’s statutory withdrawal rights.
