What a complete joke I have been waiting for my order for weeks. No updates I have to message them any new about my order just get told no not sent yet. I have never ever waited weeks for a bottle of primer. This is one place I will never go back to.
Review of UGEE
I brought a U16 tablet on Amazon when we got it and opened it up there was no pen or nips. I contacted customer help desk they said they would send the items out. Waited for a week still nothing and then I was told we don't know when it will be back in stock. This is a joke now I have a £200 brick.
Update just had another email from them and now they are saying after a email in-between saying it's been dispatched again. Now this email again we are out of stock you have to now wait no time on it just have to wait it's a complete joke. I will be going to trading standards

Had a email on Amazon from this company yesterday as I previously stated what was going to be in the parcel they said just the nibs. Omg what is the point in having nibs if you don't have the pen. They have stated again they do not know when they will have them again so u just have to wait...what a joke joke of a company

I can't speak with anyone I never ordered a product from them but they have taken money from my account. This is fraud I have instructed my bank to cancel this and if I don't get any joy I will go for a charge back

I paid for a subscription spent alot of money got half way through one video walked away, so more reason I had to log on again only to be told I was blocked. Not even had a day on it before I got blocked. I have just heard back from them. They have said they blocked me for suspicious activity. Wow I created characters with chatgtp and also asked if there was any copyright on them it said no. So everyone be careful with this company seems like a scam as they take your money and then blocks you for no reason. I am wondering if I will ever get my money back

Review of Bambu Lab
I brought two printers with AMS systems both the AMS systems don't work. The two prints work well at first but one says it's blocked but nothing their. And the 2nd printer stop all the time. It takes me the whole day to get 19% done. Trust me do not buy the HS2 terrible machine and I have wasted over £3500 trust me I will go legal to get my money back
