On the whole books are in good enough state. Once I received one that was NOT what it was described as. Complained and immediately got a reaction and a solution.

I can’t complain about an item. The customer service site is set up such that it makes it too hard to get through. Tennis shoes bought in June are useless in September because the soles are completely gone! I WILL NEVER GO TO SPORTS DIRECT AGAIN!!!

Came promptly. I unpacked partially as it’s a birthday gift. All seems in good order.

Rubbish, rubbish, rubbish!!! Nothing trendy, nothing London. All a scam, takes ages to be shipped and then arrives unwearable! Can’t return it, as it’s obviously all a scam!

Ik kon het hele aanvraagformulier invullen voordat ik mijn account aangemaakt had met als gevolg: computersysteem herkende mijn wachtwoord niet en bleef op de zelfde boekingspagina hangen. Het zou fijner geweest zijn als je eerst gevraagd wordt of je een account hebt en dan meteen naar de accountpagina gaat zodat je niet eerst je hele boeking invult en dan alsnog de account aan moet maken om daarna alles nog een keer helemaal opnieuw in te vullen.
