The delivery guy rang my bell and didn't give me the time to open the door. He just left the package outside the building for anyone to take it in the street.
By not following the correct procedure I risked to lose my package.

If I could put 0 I would. This is the worst insurance I have ever seen. They really do whatever they could, lying too, to don't give you the services you paid for and when I had an accident with 100% fault of the other person the insurance didn't assist me or gave me even 1 euro back. If you call them to ask updates they tell you they hang up or tell you to stop calling and that they will call you back when they have something, which is never. Run away from AXA.

I always use this website to send packages home to Italy from Belgium or between italy and it is the best service I have ever used.
It is incredibly fast. It could take just one or max two days for delivery and the packages always arrive safe, also if there is glass inside.
