Horrible. If you order from IKEA, arrange your own transport, this company will only put you through hell. Trust me and the others, not worth it.

the installers of my 85 inch samsung tv, delivered an outstanding job.
They delivered the huge package to the first floor by hand, (lift was to small) and the hallway was small and narrow , but they made it .
The installation (wallmount as a painting) also was just as i requested.
They did forsee an extra stepup so it was safely mounted .

Horrible service from Ayman03 whoever he is.

They did not deliver pretending there was not enough space for parking (we got other deliveries for bigger things by other companies and never had a problem).
On top of that they were already 2 hours late.
The delivery guy did not try to help and he was clearly not even trying.
Absolutely to avoid.

02/06 Original Delivery date= no mails/calls/texts no communication at all 06/06 Truck arrives with a very rude and aggressive employee who assaulted me twice and then drove off into the sunset with my order. He didn't call, didn't ring the door bell. Complained about waiting for 15 minutes, then attacked me, lied about his name while provoking me. He then called the office. Lied again claiming I attacked him. Then slammed a door in my back. 11/06 Delivery truck arrives again, they make up some lame explanation that they need a lift and that it'll cost me extra, tell me to call Ikea again. Leave with my order again. 16/06: they showed up again. Told me that the lift wont work. Arrived a day to early.Very rude and unprofessional behavior my order has seen way to many miles, who knows what state it'll be in by the time it's actually in my house .They don't do apologies or compensations, I don't think they care about their customers. I'd like to suggest if you want your goods transported to do it yourself. It'll be cheaper and more reliable then VPD. I've cancelled the order.

The receivers of the packages are not their customers, they are their victims. They are extremely rude, refuse any normal interaction, every employee you speak to has a new explanation about what happened but not once the same. They consistently miscommunicate their deliveries. If they finally do deliver the goods they are damaged beyond any salvageable use. The delivery persons are extremely rude and intimidated me to accept the heavily damaged goods, they were very aware of the damages done during transport and tried to make me responsible for 600€ of their incompetence.

This is an absolute disgrace. Too bad that IKEA chooses this behavior as a partner and there is not any alternative around them.

It my first misfortune with IKEA and all due to VPD.

I've used VPD multiple times, and they consistently deliver on time. Their tracking system is accurate, and my shipments always arrive in great condition. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable logistics service! :)

I received multiple notifications to keep me updated on the state of the order. I also received a call 30 minutes before the delivery. I would 100% recommend 👌

Fast and reliable, minor issue fixed asap by the back office team!

Very unfriendly and unprofessional delivery, twice! Boxes were dropped in front yard, driver spoke only french, did not want to wait until I checked if order was complete. Complaint was posted and there came no reaction. Both deliveries were incomplete (same driver).

Dropped a parcel on my car. Sped away as if nothing happened. Ikea, please ditch these criminals.

its the second delivery now that the delivery men are too lazy to bring up the boxes. they put the delivery down on the ground floor and left.

Do not ever work with them again! It will only add stress to your moving, renovations, etc...

Terrible experience.
The lady of the phone was super rude, not even an apology for the misinformation that they gave me.
Super bad.

So irresponsible company and drivers and staff. i had an appointment with them to pick up my stuff. I called the driver and he said ill be there in 10 min. but they didnt show up and they didnt pick up my phone, after while of calling they picked up and said because your stuff was big!they even didnt show up to see my staff!! and they said in the system that i wasnt home!!! i called the customer service many times but didnt care at all what happened and say its not our problem. i never use this company again.

They said they delivered but nothing ever arrived meanwhile i was home. Not receiving an email notice that they failed to deliver, no new date of delivery nothing.

Disaster ! They were late and did not deliver the goods which i ordered because they sent only 1 driver.

3 Billy bookshelves were to be delivered - a small delivery. Two drivers flatly refused to unload them in spite of enough parking space and short distance from the house. The VDP drivers behaved in a very confrontational and unprofessional way and eventually drove away. Difficult to understand why Ikea risks its reputation with such crappy delivery service companies.

Impressive levels of incompetence and ignorance. Paid IKEA over 100 euros for next day delivery, we received an email as we watched out the window for the delivery that they attempted and failed to find the address. Not even a phone call. When asked over the phone for an explanation we were lied to then hung up on. To top it off after IKEA talked to them it turns out they hadn’t even picked up the full order. Stay clear, unless you are looking hopeless and useless people to help you out

Not a good service at all. We were supposed to receive a piece of furniture we ordered online, a date was planned over the phone with them but the time could not be defined yet in advance. We were told they would send an email the night before to let us know the approximate time of delivery for the next day, and a text message the day of when the driver would be nearing to us. However, on 26 Dec (day agreed) without prior information, we received a call at 07:37 in the morning which we missed and at 07:40 we saw we had a voicemail informing us that the delivery person had come but couldn't find us yet nobody had rang the bell ... we checked outside and nobody was there ... we called back and picked English option on the menu and got someone (friendly lady) who struggled with their English. We asked why no email nor sms was sent as promised and why nobody rang the bell but she unfortunately had no answer. The only solution she could offer was to reschedule to 2 days later without any time indication again ... we live 8km from where the company is... absolutely disappointing customer service.

Terrible service, or rather no service at all. They did not bring my Ikea furniture delivery to the first floor, and I paid for it. They wanted me to carry the furniture myself, or the furniture would not be delivered to me. So the two men were standing outside at least 20 minutes, talking and laughing, a long time that could have been spent to bring the furniture in to my apartment. After that they just left without saying anything. So unprofessional, unpolite and disrespectful.
