I recently bought a Gazelle family bike from this shop and had a very positive experience. What stood out to me most was the customer service. The employees in the shop were exceptionally polite, friendly, and helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and also gave me the opportunity to do multiple test rides around the block.
It’s really refreshing to receive such genuine and attentive service. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this bike shop to others!

Poor maintenance and very unwelcoming…
Poor maintenance and very unwelcoming customer service
I brought my bike for routine maintenance, but I am incredibly disappointed with the entire experience.
Not only was the mechanical work subpar, but the staff's hospitality was completely lacking and felt unwelcoming.
From the moment I walked in, the customer service felt cold and dismissive.
When I picked up my bike, it was clear that the issues weren't properly resolved, yet no one seemed to care or offer a proper explanation.
For the price they charge, I expected professional work and basic politeness. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this shop.

Good experience with buying the bike
Good experience with buying the bike. I first went for a test drive, and I liked the bike. I was able to pick it up the week after (since this was the closest shop that had it available, I needed a weekend-day to pick it up), and they had it all ready for me.
