Company took our delivery and started to put it in next doors garage , just because the garage door was open. There was a delivery label on the packaging and I had supplied a What Three Words location. This was an extremely heavy package and needed to be signed for. Why not just deliver it to the address on label ?

Went to pick up my order for a recent DIY project.
The guys were really helpful, assisted in loading my car and gave me a few tips on my own DIY job.

Ordered from Planet Tools and the item arrived the following morning. Excellent service.

The panels were delivered by Easy Panel in one of their own vans and you can see that they have been stored and transported with care.
The product is really easy to cut and I used a fine tooth handsaw with no problems.
I am really pleased with my project and it has created a stylish feature in my photo editing space.

The derby shoes ordered were beautiful quality. On the website two different finishes of shoe were displayed, one being leather and the other patent leather. I ordered the plain leather , however I received patent leather shoes.
I do not know if they were sent in error or the finishes were very similar.
I followed the easy return service and received a refund promptly.
Dealing with the company was very good but sadly I was disappointed with the finish on the shoes , despite them being of beautiful quality.
