Wanted to cancel order.
First phone call - following all options - put on hold after 23 mins - they disconnected
Second call - put on hold - I got fed up after 88mins, I hung up
Third/Fourth/Fifth calls - following options as before - failed to connect(hung up after pressing last menu item)
Sixth call - as before - they hung up after 13mins.

Interestingly I received the Chat transcript - no mention of the wait time - so I screen shotted it.

I don't get many deliveries from APC which is a shame as the drivers tend to be regular, cheerily professional, and seem genuinely pleasant and motivated.
Pre delivery emails are accurate and timely.
I think my local depot is Derby

Good website, with unique offering of actual custom sized (not as others "it comes in 1m or 2m, and you can have what length"). I wanted a particularly small size, and Coir contacted me asking to confirm - I spoke with Brooke who was excellent and reassuring. Less than 24 hours later my mat was down and looking perfect.

Simple process. Very pleasant staff. Good communications, explained reasons for car assessment. Valuation very much computer algorithm driven so staff have little discretion. BEWARE of service history requirements- the algorithm requires annual oil change/service to be a full history - I followed my car’s service indicator computer and the garage followed manufacturers service schedule - this meant that I didn’t have a FSH for We Buy’s algorithm and lost £1000.

Excellent through lockdown - we've been shielding, so needed reliable regular delivery.
Their stock management has no better, if you can order it you will get it.
Once in a blue moon substitutions are sensible, The benefit of picking from a warehouse not from a store.
Prices on the better side of average (thank you mysupermarket) and they rebate like for like against Tesco.
You don't get a regular driver, as they're not based at your local store, but without exception all are pleasant and helpful.

Great holiday at very good price. Booked by phone initially. Fortunately I then checked online my personal details once the booking had been confirmed on the call and realised that my email address had been entered incorrectly, and as a result I hadn't had any confirmation emails. However once I corrected the email address, I was then able to resend/request the confirmation emails. As a result of this I remained a little nervous that last minute changes may not get through to me - but there was no need to worry. I will use again.

Needed a particularly large awkward shaped storage box for Christmas tree (getting in early). Multiple searches took me to Solents excellent website - using their definition also searched on Amazon only to find that Solent were the seller there as well. OK good. Made on line order, nervous of delayed calculation of delivery charge - almost immediately I was called and then emailed by Solent to let me know of delivery charge. Very good Customer Service. I accepted charge, gave payment details and received item with in 36 hrs - excellent. I saved less than 50p on Solents price via Amazon - of course ordering off Amazon is far more streamlined - and that's why I've been a little harsh in marking it a 4star

Very prompt standard delivery and reasonable cost for overnight. Website is excellent for comparing products. Prices not the lowest but close. However they usually have stock available and that is worth the price. On this last purchase they had the Aircast ankle braces to me overnight, that got me round Barcelona! Many thanks.

BD were pretty much the only UK retailer who catalogued what we wanted. The details were clear, special orders would need a little longer - we placed the order. Immediate confirmation with BD checking we were OK for a little wait. Great service. As it happens even allowing for special order we received our goods quicker than expected. By the way I love their quirky email newsletters, feeding the stationery geek in me!!

Please note that this is a US website, where transactions are pre-AZ sales tax and completely in USD.
Hence our 2 items with a nominal indicative price of £35 became £48 using Paypals exchange rate and including the Arizona sales tax.
Price is OK, not great, free delivery helps - if you can't find it in the UK, then Bloomingway seems fine.

convenience of drop point, ease of scanning parcel and getting receipt (one for multi parcels, multi vendors).
Usually ease of repacking and adding pre-paid collect+ label.
Or even where due to vendor I've had to buy label off collect+ website - that worked very well.
Increased package dimensions very useful.

Having placed my order of multiple items online - I received a phone call saying that one item was out of stock, did I want to wait, or take the part order and a refund. I opted for the latter. The very nice custom services lady also said they'd let me know when the item was back in stock. About a week later I get an email saying the product was back in and available to order.
Shame that the online order does''t reflect their live stock levels, but very good customer service follow up. Many thanks

Great range of products, Really quick delivery, much quicker than expected. Unfortunately I'm also a lot bigger than expected so I've returned the 2 items as being too small. just awaiting refund (they've only just been sent back)

Great company have dealt with them many times. On this occasion I bought a router that I found I didn't need (I didn't even open up the packaging). Applied for RMA, very quick response, applied label to original packaging. Posted, and then credited within 24 hrs. I can't ask more than that, thank you

We knew what we wanted, we were pretty sure of the size. Clarks own website didn't have the size but shoesbymail did !! They also had a 28 day returns policy (not needed) and they delivered in 24 hours. Well done and thank you.

I wanted a particular product not easy to find in the shops,. Pharmacy First had it in stock at a good price, and I received the order quicker than promised. excellent.

good website, good pictures, order process straight forward. receipt of goods very quick, and refund of money on returns also extremely quick. really well done.
