Officially a scam. Do not lose your money to this scheme. There is no customer service. They will initially send you an email of order confirmation, but that will be it. You will not hear from them again. Be warned!
It's just a con, you don't receive anything, stay away. Enough said.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise against buying a watch from this website. After I placed my order, I received an email few days later claiming the item had been dispatched, along with a tracking number that has never worked or shown any updates. I tried contacting the company several times via both their published email address and the "Contact Us" page, but I have not received a single response. The tracking appears to be through China Post with information displayed in Portuguese, yet it has remained inactive throughout. In my experience, the customer service has been non-existent, and I have neither received my order nor any meaningful communication. I regret making this purchase and would urge others to exercise extreme caution before ordering from this website.
I purchased a watch from this company on the 18th of June 2026, despite me sending 3 emails asking where my order is and the last one, saying that if I didn’t get a response this time I would ask my bank to take up a dispute.
Apart from getting a confirmation email for my purchase, they have not once replied to me. I have now been into the bank who has taken in hand and is dealing with it on my behalf.
I would advise everyone don’t purchase anything from this company.
Paid for a watch and they haven't sent it. All their contact details fake. Zero response. Do not pay for anything... it's a scam
