I've been trying to get a pair of jordan 4's in a men's size 13 for a good couple of years and I finally found a pair on the vault for a good price £209.. Ordered them without knowing they were being shipped from Australia.. Took about 7 days to arrive but that was over a weekend too. Absolutely love them. I had a few questions so I emailed them and a reply within an hour. Overall I'm very impressed and highly recommend. I will be using the vault again

Should be called the other side of the world UGG vault. Ordered air max 95 neon then read the reviews afterwards!!! Lol, oh No there is around 220 reviews so I thought surely there's some happy air max buyers . But No All UGG boot buyers , and now I've probably just lost £200 but apparently people say they will charge me extra fees ie shipping and duties so Australia lol, 🤣 am looking at £400 all in . Wanted to upgrade my brakes to discs for better performance and safety this was done very well with a ford conversion kit and had a front anti roll bar fitted to tighten up the front end on my 1963 morris minor. Great job all working well and feeling safer when driving.
Also had a slight smell of petrol in the car this was from the original fuel tank had a small split in it so had that replaced at the same time. Just smells like an old car should do now. Great team guy’s and gals will bring her back for my next upgrade.

I rate this company highly and would buy again. Ok some items may come from Australia but considering how far away it is the shoes came pretty quick just give a couple of weeks for it to turn up just incase. I had to make an exchange which was really smooth thanks to James for his help.

I ordered the wrong size and with the help of their staff they were able to change it before shipping which avoided me having to return the item with the associated hassle, cost and delay.
It’s very unusual to be able to amend an order before shipping so it was much appreciated. Especially when the error was entirely my fault.
The item shipped from Australia so takes about 10days. Lots of updates. No customer import charge and final delivery via Royal Mail.
Will buy again.

This is the first time using this company and I have to say they have been expectional. I quickly realised I ordered the wrong size and emailed their customer service to which they quickly replied and replaced them with my correct size. I was kept informed from ordering to delivery. Can't fault this company and will recommend to family and friends. I will be ordering again from them. I must say they are especially the customer service excellent.
