Replicarolexexpert.io is operating and still forwards to a new site rolexexpert.io . Same company. Whatsapp number changes every few weeks and has been completely removed from the site.

I ordered 10 items order 147018 . Was told many items were "out of stock" and I would have to change my selections, I did and they confirmed. I then received 2 items over a 9 month period and they now claim the order was filled with shipping details showing the items that were out of stock ( not the confirmed changes) are now delivered according to them; they were not. Best part is three of the 8 undelivered items are large 13 inch items which would be a pretty big box... I received two 5 inch by 2 inch boxes.

BUYER BEWARE!!!
They will not respond to my multiple requests for updates by email or online order form.

Still waiting patiently on my refund unfortunately they have stopped all communication

SCAMMER- BUYER BEWARE!! Terrible customer service. Paid over $1,100 for a piece of garbage.
Watch that is falling apart. I have been asking for a replacement part For over 3 months now. I have been in contact with them through a robot WhatsApp number on the website. All I get is an excuse after the other. I will not be making another purchase from them ever.

Courier said delivered with a photo of good knows what. But if want or house or even city possibly..
Yet 4 months later no refund and no replacement.
Just bot type responses to emails from something called Laura. Which one shining is a bot.
Stay away from this company.

I have bought a superclone datejust watch for EUR 1000 and the watch was broken. I have spent the past 3 months emailing the team to either send a refund or a replacement watch and they keep telling me the same story day by day - a new watch is on the way.

This site is a total scam and do not buy anything from their website!!!

Complaint regarding Order#RR-147268, February 28, 2026, It has been 10 days since my first review of this company, replicarolexexpert.io, regarding the non fulfillment of my order. I keep asking for a refund of my
$953.15, from April 9th 2026 still no refund. On my first review 10 days ago, on May 21st 2026, they replied as usual, apologizing for the inconvenience and they asked me to send them the order number in order to proceed with my refund. I replied to the same review with my order number, and as expected they have not communicated with me ever since. I have made thousands of online purchases through the years, and I have never come across in anything as unprofessional and fraudulent as this. They constantly lying to your face. I will keep on writing negative reviews on this company for no other reason but to protect other people for getting scammed like this. Only a scammer would risk the reputation of his company by receiving negative reviews for a matter like this. I would suggest TrustPilot to flag this company until this issue is resolved. We have to protect innocent people. On my part, if I ever receive my refund, highly doubtful, I will post a new review mentioning that the refund finally came through, and thus set the record straight on that particular matter.

Here I am after trying with them for month (what’s frustrating is that they reply to the emails) but they never do anything from what the say.

For instance they’ve been telling me that a manager named Jorden will call for months now, literally for months.., and never did.

Don’t get scammed and pay $1,500 for something literally worth $150.

I ordered my Rolex watch on April 3rd. I've ordered watches from other companies and it took a very long time to receive it. After I ordered this watch from Rolaxi, I sent them an email asking if it would be possible to get it on or before May 4th. Well, I got it and it is beautiful. The presentation of it in the Rolex box and the care that was taken in preparing it for shipment was outstanding. From now on. I will only be buying watches from Rolaxi. Thank you for your excellent service. Job well done!

This company is the worst, total liars.
I received a watch last year 2025 in September, and it broke; a pin came out and could not be put back in.
I contacted the merchant immediately, and they promised a replacement watch. After months of lying that it was being sent out and after multiple promises and more lies with phony tracking numbers, the watch never came after 8 months

Well, my total experience has been mixed of trust issue at the very beginning and gorgeous watch which i got! 🤩 When i placed my order initially, it took long time to get any productive response and at some point i thought maybe there is a problem here and i asked to speak to the manager who was very attentive and supportive. I finally got the watch yesterday, OMG 😳 I LOVE IT! Including original box of Rolex! WELL DONE GUYS 💫🙏🏻
