She then sent me the link immediately so that I could reorder. My item was delivered next day, free delivery. Excellent service all round.

The product I purchased is not working with my heater, even though it was advertised as compatible. I have tried using it, but it does not work as expected. Please advise how this issue can be resolved, or arrange a replacement or refund.

Service was swift despite DPD not…
Service was swift despite DPD not delivering on time,
The machine exceeds expectations and is super quiet in sleep mode, it soon brought the humidity down from 83% to 57% and by running it overnight on cheap electricity it has maintained that level. I would highly recommend this as a solution to create a more pleasant, comfortable and healthy environment.

I bought this electric heater and…
I bought this electric heater and placed it in my bedroom. However, whenever the room reaches the temperature I have set and the heater switches off, it makes a very loud noise due to the heating and cooling of the unit. The noise is loud enough to wake me up during the night. This is extremely disappointing, as I bought it expecting to be able to use it comfortably in my bedroom.

Unacceptable Delay on Refund and Poor Customer Communication — Very Frustrated
I had a terrible experience ordering a heating radiator panel from Devola.
I canceled the order immediately after placing it online. Despite the prompt cancellation, I received an overnight email stating my order had already been scheduled for delivery. Fortunately, I caught the notification in time and manually pushed the delivery date back by 5 days while I contacted customer support to sort it out.
When I called customer care, they assured me the order was fully canceled. However, it has now been over a week, and I still have not received my refund. Every time I call for an update, I am told the item is "in the warehouse" and "being processed," with zero clear timeline on when my money will actually be returned.
It should not take this much effort or time to process a refund for an order that was canceled right away. The poor communication and slow processing make for a very frustrating customer experience. I would advise being cautious before ordering from them.

We’re sorry for the frustration this has caused, and we can confirm your refund has now been processed in full.
Although you emailed us right away, your message arrived outside of our working hours. By the time our team was able to see it on the next working day, your order had already been shipped. This meant we had to request for the item to be returned to us first, and we needed to allow a few days to make sure the courier didn’t continue with the delivery to you.
Your refund should now reflect in your account within 3 to 5 working days, depending on your bank or card provider. We appreciate your patience and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
