They didn’t pay out. They were happy to take my money and let me deposit and play. However, as soon as I was winning and I wanted to withdraw the funds, they initiated a KYC check and took away winnings.

I got on with support immediately and they told me that bonus hunt style of play was against their rules and they called it "advantage slot play" LOL just an excuse to steal and keep my winnings. Actual scam of a company.

1. I wanted an alternative to other gambling sites I've used so I did a little research on good promos to join one. Found wild.io and saw a really generous welcome package albeit it did have a 40x rollover. The package was for 200+ free spins +150% match for just a $20 deposit.

2. I do my first deposit, and I'm sent 20 and 30 spins. I ask what the deal is with that and the help desk informs me that they send the remaining spins after 24 hours. I decide that's fine and play a little then decide to do my second deposit of $20 to get a new bonus for 150 spins and 125% match. Then I do a third deposit of $100 for a bonus of 100 spins and 100% match.
3. The same spin rules apply, I get 15 spins and don't think much of it. I'll wait out the 24 hours no big deal. I proceed to lose all my money and decide to make a fourth deposit before I log off for the day so I have some cash to hold me over while I wait for the spins. I proceed to toggle the bonus button so I don't have to deal with the 40x wager on any new deposits. I don't end up depositing and x out of the deposit screen to go to sleep. This is where things go wrong.

4. After 24 hours I receive no spins and I message help once again. They inform me that due to me toggling off the bonus button for a NEW DEPOSIT that I didn't even make that the system removed all bonuses from my account and therefore the 24 hour spins from my previous 3 deposits can't be added. After going back with their help people they said that this is permanent and there is no way to add the spins manually to my account.

5. Bear in mind the only reason I signed up to this site was to get a captivating bonus offer and 300+ spins seemed fair enough. There is no where in that toggling button when making a NEW deposit that indicates that past owed spins will be removed from your account. After talking to the help message desk 10+ times they said they'll get a team to reach out to me via email as they've raised a ticket. It has been 30+ hours and nobody has reached out to me.

6. That is all to say that this is terrible customer service, terrible business practice, terrible shady tips and tricks to avoid paying out what is owed to a user for an innocuous thing they clicked with no indication that it would have an effect like that. I'm owed 300+ free spins and I feel scammed, duped, and annoyed. Why would I ever spend money here again?

I deposited approximately $600 and my balance increased to approximately $700 through gameplay. No bonus or promotional offers were used.

When I requested a withdrawal, it was initially canceled pending verification, and Wild.io required KYC, including government-issued ID, proof of address, a signed selfie photograph, and a video verification call.

The account remained restricted while the review was ongoing. I completed all requested KYC requirements and answered the questions presented during the video call.

After completing the KYC process, Wild.io approved withdrawal of my full account balance. The funds were successfully received and the account was subsequently closed.

Players should understand that withdrawals may trigger a comprehensive KYC review, including document verification and, in some cases, a live video verification call.

Last Friday, I deposited $20. I received the welcome bonus and played until I fulfilled the wagering requirements.

My ending balance was $200, and I requested a withdrawal for the full amount on Friday. Since it was via Solana, I expected the payment to be processed quickly.

On Saturday, their security team contacted me and asked me to complete KYC. I had no issue with this. They asked me to take a selfie with my ID and a handwritten note.

After receiving no update, I contacted the security team again. On Monday, they replied and said I also needed to complete a video call. During the call, I had to state certain things and hold my ID next to my face on camera. This took place on Tuesday.

After that, I still received no update regarding the KYC process. When I tried to log into my account, I received a message saying that my account had been disabled.

So after complying with every request, my account was disabled and my withdrawal was never paid.

Given the amount of personal information I provided, I am seriously concerned about potential misuse of my identity and have taken appropriate legal steps to have this matter investigated.
