I was playing Aztec Coins today and suddenly a message comes across my screen and says that my session has timed out?!?! Like WTF? I was spinning consistently. There is no reason as to why my game timed out.
THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED AT THIS CASINO. A month ago, the same thing happened on King of Dragon, except it happened multiple times over and over.
Jumped onto live chat and explained the situation. Was told at first (as usual) that there was some kind of connectivity issue and to try to use an incognito window, restart, sign back in, etc. All of the usual bullshit that the reps will tell you. Told the rep that I had done all of the above, because I had.
Asked them again as to why this is happening after stating I had done all of the restarts, signing in, etc, Now their saying it's not in the casino's control and that it is the gaming providers who have control over timed out sessions. Again, WTF?!?!?
So CLEARLY at this point, the gaming providers cannot be trusted, apparently. Which leaves not many options for any online gambling because these casinos use many of the same providers. PLATIPUS, BET SOFT, BGAMING, BOOMING GAMES ETC. Never have problems with BGAMING OR BOOMING GAMES so I guess that's something, but still!!!
I am using my fair, legit, and hard earned money to play and they will never have your back EVEN WHEN YOU SEND THEM SCREENSHOTS WITH PROOF OF THINGS NOT LOOKING RIGHT. Always an excuse for this or that.
The only good thing that is coming out of these continuous issues when playing online is that I will be saving a shit ton of money not playing at these places any more. Because they won't fix shit, they will never admit to shit, and they certainly won't be on a customer's side regardless. Pretty pathetic and a bad look for this casino.
NO ONE HAS YET TO ANSWER THE QUESTION AS TO WHY THESE TIMEOUTS, WHILE IN AN ACTIVE GAME, ARE HAPPENING. Would love to hear what some of these gaming providers have to say for themselves regarding this issue.
