This use to be an excellent place to play, it was my main stay. However, once the new owners took over, I'm pretty sure they are doing things that aren't completely legal. And since the owners are also the licensors, you can't really notify the party at fault to investigate themselves, of course unless your police or a judge, that's the only time you can investigate (sarcastically).

I guarantee they have quietly tightened all the slots, tightened bonuses from popping and when they do they often pay less than av regular line win. Today alone I went 0 for 11 in bonus there and again 2 for 12 for less than $2. I have started to ask myself, "since when did the bonuses get to the point where I don't even want them to trigger?", since the company changed hands.

I'm not writing this because i had a bad day or bad week, I'm writing this cause I'm a platinum member there that's wagered about 400k and I haven't been able to cash out over 20 bucks for about 4 months. I've never experienced a transition so blatantly obvious from fair to extreme perverted greed in 20yrs.

After playing there nearly every day for multiple years, I believe I'm very nearly at the end of this. I will give them the respect to respond, because the staff is excellent still and they are the ones I would miss

I use to count this as one of the best, but they've become the worst. The slots were reasonable, but anymore it's impossible to win. I'm almost platinum level and I've been stuck on the last 40k wagering for longer than it took me to wager 360k.

Was the best casino around and it got even better! I complained about their support staff for several months because they use to do the things like when I found a bug that caused me to lose money and reported it, they didn't reimburse me and blamed me, but that's all changed. They have the best support in the biz hands down (Im looking at you PepeLePew, even though you lock me in censorship jail sometimes, your still my favorite). I can't believe they went from the very very bottom, to the level that is leagues above anyone else. It's like your talking to support from a 5 star luxury resort, they don't even have any competition. The one thing I wish they would do better is I've found and accurately reported 4 bugs in their software, 1 problem with their t/c, and 1 or 2 problems with their tournaments (I'm basically the quality control manager), but they never have given me free spins, $50 bonus, etc. I only mention that because other places will do this a lot of times, so I'm starting to feel like an unpaid employee at this point.
Anyways I'm close to platinum rank and these guys have 5 min payouts so you don't wait for your money, huge selection of games, they don't violate your privacy like most places do, and the RTP is one of the highest in the industry (just my opinion). There redemption time frame is completely unnecessary. They should automate it just like funzpoints.com. there is no reason for an already verified and account that has been redeemed before to take 4 days before it's even looked at.

The positive thing was Alex. He was great on the support staff and actually got things done. But I've been very frustrated with all their delays and their withdrawal time delays. Alex finally got everything wrapped up though, he is definitely beyond 5 out of 5 stars and the only reason why this review isn't a 0 out of 5. He seriously made that type of impact. This company probably stays in business cause of him.

Over 1 stupid thing I believe his name is Joseph, denied me my referral bonus after weeks of them telling me they were working on it. This casino is illegally ran and I'm going to be notifying the proper authorities because 1 bad apple, can bring down the entire operation.
Defrauding the US is extremely serious, I've seen fines range from 10k to 1000k. I just can't believe they would push a person so far over something THEY PROMISE to provide, yet instead of getting more players, they could be risking it all.

Trustpilot appears to be lying about cash app. You can't have a 4.3 out of 5 if half of your reviews are 1 star. Cash app has the worst support policies out of any company I've interacted with (even worse than ragingbullslots.com). Terrible.

These guys are a legitimate scam! I won a free tournament and they removed it from my account without paying! Even their terms and conditions didn't support this! Trevor is a support employee who did it and I'm reporting this to their local and international authorities!! Do not use them ever!
