It could be user error or just that it doesn’t fit my wife’s physiology. But it is difficult to use and often times off/disconnects during use. It also requires constant pressure and hands on use to have contact with her, which kind of defeats the purpose of it.

The product seems cheap and not as efficient as my first one. No very happy

Shipping was fine and as expected however the Melt 2 has not been enjoyable. We have got back to our old toy for enjoyment

Melt was a birthday gift from my husband. Best birthday gift I've ever received. Every single use produces so many orgasms. Shape makes it easy to hold and position correctly. All the stars!

I don’t like the products and regret my expensive purchase. I prefer the older toy I got years ago.

I had the product for one month and it stopped working, because I had lost the email containing the purchase receipt I cannot get a replacement.

The remote works fine, but the app is unapologetically bad. It constantly loses connection, and reconnecting is tedious enough that it's either not worth it in the moment or kills the moment. I don't even want to bother my partner with trying to set up the long-distance play. Buyer's remorse knowing I could've bought a similar product with just a remote for half the price, but that's a lesson learned.

Love the functionality…same as the existing units we had.

The material cover is a lot more firm, and less ‘soft’ material, and uncomfortable, for anything but the shortest duration of usage. My partner was also saying that the spring is a lot stiffer, and tends to work itself out, ca staying in place, like our old unit

It's frustrating to have to set up connection to the app every single time you want to use it.

The hinge doesnt seem to work which was an important feature to me. The app is weird and kept disconnecting which is not sexy.

I'm sure this product works for some people but it doesn't really work for us. I'm not sure if it just isn't hitting the right spot or what but it doesn't really get me there. It feels pretty good but I find that I haven't really been able to finish with it.

The product is great but it has a horrendously bad time staying connected through Bluetooth. To the point where you have to forget the device and re-pair every 20-30s.

I’ve always been a big We-Vibe fan and in the past I felt the price was worth it. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case this time.

The product is simply too expensive for what it is. There are many more affordable products on the market that perform just as well or even better.

I also find it frustrating that there is no trial or return period. I understand the hygiene reasons behind that policy, but it still makes it difficult to justify spending so much on a product you can’t try first.

Because of this experience, I won’t be buying expensive toys like this anymore. The latest one I purchased was really disappointing.

The delivery time was fine. I charged the vibrator for 90 minutes as the manual says, but when I turned it on, it didn't work properly. It only started vibrating after 10 minutes 😅 Despite that issue, it's a good product and I've already recommended it to a friend.
