Ich hatte nach dem Kauf einer Tastaturhülle ein Problem mit der mechanischen Stabilität des Scharniers und habe mich daraufhin an den Kundendienst gewandt. Der Austausch verlief absolut vorbildlich: Mein Anliegen wurde ernst genommen, die Kommunikation war von Anfang an sehr höflich, transparent und professionell.
Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Remi vom Support-Team, der sich viel Zeit für meine Rückmeldung genommen hat. Am Ende wurde eine sehr kulante, faire und unkomplizierte Lösung gefunden, die meine Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen hat. Ein so lösungsorientierter und kundennaher Service ist heutzutage nicht mehr selbstverständlich. Ich kann ESR aufgrund dieser durchweg positiven Erfahrung mit dem Support sehr empfehlen!

ESR IS A SCAM. Remember that.

A few months ago, I spent more than $100 on ESR products, including an iPad cover and screen protectors for my iPhone and iPad. The quality was pathetic. Within hours, some of their supposedly “high-quality” screen protectors had already started peeling off.

I contacted ESR. Nothing. No response.

Then I posted reviews, and suddenly an email appeared in my inbox.

ESR offered me a 40% LIFETIME discount. I didn’t take them up on it at the time, but recently I decided to test whether they would actually honour the offer.

They didn’t.

ESR promptly denied that I had a 40% lifetime discount. I have both emails: the one offering me the lifetime discount and the later one claiming that I don’t have one.

So what exactly am I supposed to make of that?

At best, it’s an incredibly misleading customer experience. At worst, it looks like a bait-and-switch.

Either way, I wouldn’t trust ESR again. Buyer beware.

Wow! I am blown away by my experience with ESR. Not only are their products amazing - good quality, innovative and affordable - but their customer service is exceptional.
I made an order and was concerned that it wouldn’t arrive in time before I fly out of the country in 2 weeks. Judy was responsive and informed me that majority of my items would arrive in time as they are in stock in Australia. One of the items wouldn’t arrive in time so they very kindly refunded me for it. They marked my order as a priority and did all they could to ensure my order arrived before I left- which it did!
I will be recommending ESR TECH to everyone!

Au top malgré la mésaventure

Have bought from ESR twice. Very good quality products, even though one of my product needs to be replaced with no cost. The replacement was shipped out within 2 days and the customer service personnel was very responsive to my problem. Overall experience buying from ESR is very good.

All my needs were met and much faster than i expected…in a matter of a few days! Great service and understanding ! The product if self is also great and worth the wait (or lack thereof lol)

J’ai vraiment aimé le service après vente ! Ils ont été réactifs et m’ont expliqué tout ce que j’avais à savoir sur ma commande.
J’ai commandé un stylet pour mon iPad 2019 et je l’utilise depuis bientôt une semaine et je n’ai rien à redire. Le produit est top et fonctionne parfaitement bien.
La tenue en main est bonne et l’autonomie aussi, je ne l’ai chargé qu’une fois pour l’instant.

Lorsqu'une marque offre une qualité de produit aussi bonne, il faut le souligner. L'écran de protection s'est posé en 5 secondes, sans aucune bulle, la coque a l'air très solide, et les protections de caméra ont été placées très facilement. Je recommande vivement.

Fantastic service. Old case started to split and got onto Customer Care. Sent an image of the case and a new case sent out straight away. Can't fault the aftercare fro ESR. Highly recommend.

I had a slight accident with a phone cover so they said they would send a replacement. I was expecting one replacement but instead got a complete set of 3 and the equipment to put the screen on.
You cannot ask for more than that.
