Flawless customer service
I purchased a We-Vibe Melt 2 and realised I’d not made a good choice, even after a lot of research, because it’s very noisy, to the point that even trying to mute it under the duvet didn’t make it quiet enough, in my opinion. The noise created an unwelcome distraction from the purpose of the toy and made it impossible for me to enjoy the sensations because all I could focus my attention on was the unpleasant racket. I was advised by the staff member who dealt with my issue that there is a 100-day satisfaction guarantee, which I had no idea about, so I really appreciate being told about this and it did make what was an expensive mistake hurt a little less. They told me that I could choose any other We-Vibe toy, free of charge. I was emailed a code and only had to pay for delivery. The new toy I chose, the We-Vibe Touch X, works much better for me and it is quiet at the lower settings, although the noise level does increase a bit at the higher settings, as one would expect. Any claim that a toy is silent is not true in my experience, but some have a more acceptable noise level than others. This review is more about customer service than anything else though and I cannot fault the customer service I received. Many thanks.
