Elder have always been there to reassure and to guide at a time of uncertainty.

Elder came up with exactly what we needed , immediately. They are , always , there to help. They take all the worry out of care.

We had a poor experience with Elder . They provided a carer who was unsuitable and caused fire damage to my Mothers home. They refused to help resolve the issue and it was left to us to deal with the damages.
They then took an unauthorised payment from my mothers account four months later.

Elder have some excellent carers who are available for live-in situations. The staff at the centre are extremely helpful and efficient in their support and supplying suitable carers for our needs. They are also able to offer a 7 days a week support. We would highly recommend this company.

Elder has transformed the care situation for my mother, and made a substantial difference to her life compared to being in a care home. The platform offers a wide range of great carers at very reasonable weekly rates compared to standard agencies. I particularly appreciated the support of Ryan helping to onboard me and answering my questions

I have been with Elder for 6 months and during that time I have had a mixture of carers for my aunt. I was very new to selecting carers and through time have learned so much. Most carers have been really brilliant but I found a couple that were not so. Elder are brilliant in sourcing carers at short notice when I have needed a replacement or if a carer was sick. It is reassuring to know that Elder have the resources to ensure cover so my aunt is never alone. There is always someone at the end of the phone to discuss any issues with. I would definitely recommend Elder for carers.

We have used several different care agencies over the last months and Elder is by far the best. The detailed information given about each carer meant we were able to choose a lady who has been a really good match for my parents needs.

Very responsive and understanding service

My 99 year old Mother is currently being looked after by an Elder Carer full time live in .It is going very well and peace of mind that Mum is being looked after 24 -7 is fabulous.
The family now can pop in regularly not having to care for mum and we can have proper time with her and know our lovely Carer is doing her job well
You do have to work out the best way fir you and keeping Mum In her own home at the moment is working so well onward and upward

Elder came to our rescue when my mother was about to be discharged from hospital and a local care provider let us down at the last minute. The help we got from Demi was superb, including making himself available over the weekend. We were able to interview potential candidates via WhatsApp we chose a wonderful carer called Sandile who joined us for 12 weeks. Sandile was great and when she needed a week off we were able via Elder, to meet another wonderful carer called Anne.

We used Elder after my 85 year old mother fell and fractured her shoulder. They were able to supply a carer within a day, including arranging an online interview after taking details of her care and health needs.

We have had a love in carer for close to a year which has given us peace of mind and my mother a safe and pleasant home life. They handle holiday brakes and changes of carer brilliantly.

Our main carer was excellent and is highly recommended.

Elder operate a very straightforward, easy to use care service, and seem to be always available to chat, help and organise in home care. It's a great service, and makes a real difference. Highly recommended.

We used Elder to find a live-in respite carer for my Mum who has dementia so that we could go away for the weekend. Really easy to use platform, good choice of lovely carers, great communication, seamless. Recommended.
