We used Elder after my 85 year old mother fell and fractured her shoulder. They were able to supply a carer within a day, including arranging an online interview after taking details of her care and health needs.

We have had a love in carer for close to a year which has given us peace of mind and my mother a safe and pleasant home life. They handle holiday brakes and changes of carer brilliantly.

Our main carer was excellent and is highly recommended.

Excellent warranty service, arranging to send an engineer to repair my built in oven within 2 days. Antoilin was polite and efficient throughout, could not have been more helpful.

They kept me informed throughout, letting me choose my delivery day and then sending reminders and opportunities to change it if required. Very friendly and speedy delivery.

I’ve had my Wattbike atom for about five years and this is my first service. Edward was thorough and very helpful. He changed the chain and the gear changer circuit board. All running perfectly. Overall, I’m very happy with the bike and the service was excellent. It gives me confidence that it will last a long time.

Elder have been responsive and caring throughout the time we have dealt with them. They found a lovely carer with just one day’s notice and have always found replacements when the main carer takes time off work. The app is very easy to use but they’re always happy to talk on the phone to make sure they can match the right carer.

All their camper vans appear to be very new and in great condition. It was really easy to book, collect & return. There’s a lot to go through but they were clear and patient. We returned it with a scratch thanks to barriers on a weak bridge which they dealt with without any fuss and for a low cost. Phew! Will definitely use again.
