Easy to talk to and very understanding of our needs for a Live-in carer. Helped us through the selection process and appreciated our requirements. They provided swift proposals for applicants and were in no way pushy. Much better than other providers who placed much emphasis on interviews and assessments but came up short on carer applicants (despite being more expensive).
Once we selected our preferred carer Elder’s onboarding process was quick and easy.

Reliability - friendly support at all times and good carers who are well trained and have wide experience. Can't ask for more

They have fantastic carers working for them

We have used Elder carers for almost 2 years now to look after our 93 year old mother, who has Alzheimers, and they found us a wonderful lady who has formed a great relationship with her, takes her out in the wheelchair every day (weather permitting) and attends to her every need. Elder always offer us a wide selection of stand-in carers with plenty of notice when the regular one is going on holiday and they all do a very good job.

The carer provided by Elder provided an excellent service and I would highly recommend them.

From the first interaction , the first video profile to Elder providing our Mum with Bester ( Shumi ) I cannot rate the service any better . Mums health and well being has improved taking the stress and worry from our busy family . Shumi is amazing and happy to welcome her into our family .

Not sure where they find the carers we have experience of but they have been excellent.
The staff are extremely helpful and were very patient with me when I first enquired about live in care.
They explained the process of choosing carers in detail and what would happen as we moved forward

We've had a few issues and concerns but these were rapidly addressed and rectified by Demi. He was understanding and respectful to our situation and assured us that should we have any further queries, to contact him directly for personal assistance. Elder helped us find full-time care for our father. The carers they have provided are excellent. Staff Elder have been very helpful and sympathetic during the whole process.

Elder was easy to use and they acted very fast, all of the people I spoke to were kind and extremely helpful.

Elder as a company are very easy to communicate with . A great platform where you can check carers profiles . Talk with the carers on the phone . Then you can book them in and be assured the carer will show up . This time we used Annette who did a great job looking after mum . Calm , patient and capable .

From the off Elder were helpful engaging gave me all the information I needed guided me through the process . It was the first time I had ever used outside care for my mum .They explained everything to me , so it made it that much easier
We had the most wonderful carer for my mum Theodora was exceptional, she was wonderful with my mum , caring, patient,understanding, my mum loved her.

There is always someone to talk to if you need any help and the three carers that we have had so far have all been very good ,i would definitely recommend this company .

Many names were submitted but too many were unsuitable with little attempt to match needs. At the last minute we got somebody good and suitable. Charges are fair and communication good.

We have been using Elder for 5 years now and they have never let us down. Even when we have hit a crisis with a carer cancelling at the last minute they have found us a replacement. The support staff are also very helpful when called upon.
