Efficient and patient agent with my phone reservation. The price was great. I was a bit skeptical due to the price for 9 nights resort hotel, transfers and airflights all for not much more than the cost of the airflight had I booked it myself. Trustpilot showed excellent reviews, so went with this company.

Overall, we had a good experience with this booking company, but there were a few issues along the way. During the booking process, there were a couple of glitches with the spelling of our names, which required multiple follow-ups to correct. It also seemed like we were dealing with a different representative each time, so we had to explain the situation repeatedly, which was frustrating.
Despite these challenges, the issues were eventually resolved, and the booking was completed successfully. With better communication and continuity in customer service, the overall experience would have been much smoother.
