The organization of the trip, timetables for trains, transfers and tours were awesome. Accomodations were great. Super support when I had a question.

Great hotel recommendations in every city. Three days in each place would have been better (less exhausting) than two, and I suggest longer layover times at airports to allow for being able to make the connections.... which was stressful.

I like the ease of checkout, however you didn't give me the option of building choosing my airline seats into the bundle, which I went to the airlines website to do and added an additional $400 to my travel costs. At that point, I can't help but think it might have been cheaper to just do it myself, book the whole thing. Or even use Expedia , as I have a Platinum membership with them.

Yes, getaways organized a wonderful vacation to Poland. The itinerary and all the information was just as laid out.
The vacation company has no control over the airport and the security. However, we had a layover in Copenhagen and thankfully the airport personnel. Let us cut the line because we would’ve missed our flight completely. It was very stressful with the layover is going there and coming back At the airports. The optional tours were excellent and delivered as promised.

They were great! I lost my travel email (probably deleted it), I texted that I misplaced my documents and within hours, I had everything I needed. From booking to finish, everything went well.

With the exception of a missing train car (nothing to do with this agency), this was a wonderful experience! We have never used an agency/itinerary trip like this before, and we don't speak the languages of any of the countries we visited, but we found this an easy trip to navigate! We loved Prague best and were more than happy to end on that note. I wish I had read books on each city first, and I wish I had attended to maps a little more so I knew how far our hotels were from everything, as we walked everywhere. But this vacation was definitely worth every penny!

The booking process was simple and seamless. We liked that we could customize flights and upgrade hotel accommodations to our preference easily. There were no issues at all with our package.
